He is not doing anything anyway. In more than one and a half years, he is yet to generate one penny worth of revenues. So what does it matter? The other company is not generating revenues anyway. Anybody can be the CEO and COB of a hundred companies that generate no revenues. Thumbs twiddling doesn't take much of an effort.
