liefsmith. Of course there is a difference between MOA and the effect of the drug. But ,imo, the unique effect of regulation of inflammation at the beginning of the inflammatory cascade [pathways] through NF-kb is what gives Anatabine the EFFECT on so many different human afflictions.

Dr. Mullan in his presentation at investors day surly was quite positive about the effect of regulating through NF-kb. I do agree that all of the implications of this breakthrough discovery have not been yet investigated. Meaning there is going to be more than one MOA.

I am quite confident in my opinions expressed above. Time will tell. The Science will win in the end.

Of course, from a marketing standpoint a regulator is better than a "cure".
