Not contesting that the effect on NF-kB is important. I'm saying that this is not enough to provide a scientifically acceptable Mode of Action (MOA). A beginning of establishing that was shown by Dr. Mullan in his discussion of anatabine as a "cholinergic agonist." See the presentation lined on Star's site, starting at about 6:45 minutes.
