I would ask why Paul's stock position changed and there was no form 4 filed.

Also, they do say they need $2 million this year so they will have to raise more capital.


My assumption about their cash position year end and cash burn was spot on.

The stock will continue to drift lower as the deal with Aegis is highly dilutive and as I posted the day it was announced it is a very bad deal for shareholders. This is the problem for the company going forward and their lack of financing acumen has delivered a fatal blow to their shareholders.
