Looks like they are returning to their roots as Sunovia - Wonder if their inside securities lawyer is gonna take the helm again like she did in 2012.

This whole thing stinks of old failures returning for another attempt to bleed shareholders dry.

Mel, the poor SOB, is gonna be blamed for the coming RS - the only question is which one of the ol gang is gonna sign off on it????? And when will it strike??? My guess is shareholders will hear about it after it happens.

Remember the ol gang diluted most of the AS before the Melster even arrived in Sarasota.
