Hm....if he fails to respond within 30 days, what happens? (Not that I'm saying he did, just a hypothetical question regarding legal procedures). I highly doubt that he failed to find representation though.

I have a feeling there's more to the story than we know because AVTC hasn't said anything. Time will tell.
