According to the court records he has not filed his response.

The document in this link states he has 30 days to respond or the court can decide against him without hearing his side and he could lose by default and that his wages, money and property could be taken from him without further warning from the court.

Hm....if he fails to respond within 30 days, what happens? (Not that I'm saying he did, just a hypothetical question regarding legal procedures)
