Those lawyers are fools. Do they think every company needs to tell the shareholders when they spill a soda? Do they think the company must tell the shareholders the old truck just got a flat tire?
Everyone has problems. The world is full of them. Who cares about problems with Pond such and such. It is such a big operation and they Produced Huge results. The bottom line of getting Gold and silver to market is the goal of the company(with profits). AND THEY ARE DOING IT.

FWIW, I have a feeling the results cannot be argued with and the lawyers will go elsewhere. SOOO, 10 bucks should not be far off.
