They're sharks--they pile on when they sense blood in the water. This happens to a lot of companies that 'disappoint' these days.
Too bad they can't go after the penny mining scams. Those fraudsters make the wildest claims and 'expectations' that never come true. With ANV, they just delivered some solid production news--but someone didn't make money last year so they're going to get it back through lawyers.
I agree. I see it as a bunch of crybaby bagholders trying to blame their inadeqaucies as investors on the company. You have to know when to fold' em, as Kenny Rogers sings. Such as, they should have known when to accept their loss, minimize that loss, and catch it lower later, or dont invest again. Not ANV's fault these peeps continie to hold the bag.
