Good afternoon! Thank you for your email regarding the receipt of your 100 shares of HBWY
, we appreciate you taking the time to write and I apologize for any inconvenience.

After researching your inquiry, it appears we are still working with the transfer agent to get this resolved. Per our corporate actions department:

There is a street-wide problem on this issue. The agent will allocate new shares only upon receipt of physical certificates. We are working with counterparties (other brokers that owe us shares) to resolve the issue and get the shares due. Upon receipt, we will allocate to the customer.
