The announcement to increase common shares from 1.75 billion to 2.5 billion was made on 7/27/07. IMO it is virtually impossible with the low volume of the past few months to sell into the market 750 million shares. I think today in conjunction with the two huge announcements, those 750 million shares began selling into the market and the new partners began buying.

I believe the "new" management will be far more shareholder friendly as the new management members will want the common share price far north of where its been and is today. Why think this? This belief is based on the past three PR's which have a decidedly different tone IMO and todays share price action. If management wanted to tank the share price, they could dump tens or hundreds of millions of shares into the market and the share price would plummet. That have not happen today. It appears they intentionally released two highly significant PR's which would bump the volume upwards and then probably released shares into that volume while at the same time having the new members to buy to contain the extra float.
