Roach,,, Isn't 3% OF 1.3 billion equal to $39 million upfront


Concerning 750,000,000 plus or minus shares that are to be bought on the open market by our new partners..... Now is it possible that PA/RB and the PBLS gang sold some, many, most, all of these shares into the market for cashola knowing that this deal was going to happen, giving PA a win win on both ends... get all that cash thus giving MM's a retail supply for the new Partners to basically buy back???

Or doesn't the timing work... IE: PA didn't apply for the extra shares thus making it impossible to do the above.. It could have explained the massive drop from 3.4 cents and why we couldn't moved off of dead center for so long... I don't think PA had time to do this though... right?
