well imo the first round (December 2009) was NRs' usual BS
of illegally orchestrating an OTC target's PPS .. NR does so by rote

usually one will see NRs' $cycles of money in play b4 *pattern* is changed out ..
usually to the detriment of actual investors (to say nothing of OTC mgmts inability to access capital that isn't toxic)

imo that price point (12/09) is totally artificial (and at this point the *volume* engendered by NR for that oft noted *run*
is completely irrelevant to PTOI's *volume* from when first traded in April 2009 to today's efforts)

NR is so upside down on PTOI .. that they won't be shaken loose easily .. which is why while many P2O investors look forward to
P2O's first sale .. to me it will be the size of the deposit rec'd by P2O and the total number of prox .. first sale is contracted for .. (one option imo)

to *KILL* off an OTC target .. NR is upside down on .. is to relentlessly compress
said OTC target's PPS .. this (almost always) forces OTC mgmts into toxic dilution ..
and usually a blown out I/O .. for NRs' cycles (they make $$$ both ways) to CONtinue on

PTOI's PPS comes as no surprise to actual P2O investors
find any other OTC company whose CEO infused $2M~ (9.30.13)
and have NR work that *round/cycle* from 35c to 10c (12.31.13)

PTOI (stock) has been held *effectively* (and for the most part)
below 5c since October 2014 .. when January 2014's *reset* to 6c
was *reset* to 5c .. NRs' last *rounds* of PTOI's mini take ups
(Jan 2019 to 8c from approx 1c and Nov 2019 to 11c from approx 2c)

it is what it is .. as noted previously the waiting game continues

i've always noted that P2O (company) has multiple options

just my 2c but with the (presumed) blending site being sold
i don't see P2O's plant being *re-activated* .. i could always

this month's *volume* .. ;) .. will most likely be the 2nd lowest
(only to last month's 1M~) .. which effectively negates posts re: sells
because so much *volume* is wash traded by PRIMARY & PRIMARY's *decoys*

if anything .. investors once again picked off significant *shares*
at a reduced PPS (for which thanks are again expressed to NR)

August on tap next week .. :)

there is that too to say nothing of what has been successfully deployed in Euro land ..
but what really has NR (non retail) *perturbed* is 11 years of an effort of relentless PPS compression
on PTOI (stock) that A) hasn't gotten actual investors to sell
(remember 478 investors of which the .. cough cough .. DTC is 1
with 87M *shares* out of 90/93M) and B) hasn't killed off P2O (company) ..
even tho' NR has successfully strangled P2O's access to capital .. NR knows as well as many here .. ;) ..
P2O (company) has options .. which is why I'd expect additional whiplash on the PPS with RH unveiling
additional aspects .. as was so evident with today's *update*

curious to see how today's efforts are marked because yet again
P2O investor's AON's were *filled* via decoy's UC ask for 50k/57k~ .. NRs' sleight of hand re: OTC targets
