Looking a bit better lately for sure. Hope to see some more consecutive green days with some increase in volume would be nice~
Would love to see that happen, NC, but call me a skeptic for the time being. Prove me wrong, I double dog dare you...
jesus man....what a shame. I don't know what else to say. Such a disappointment. I'm sure you'd call that an egregious understatement....
Boy, from your keyboard to God's ears, georgie. You turned me onto this one a few years ago and I've been in with ya all along (well, almost as long as you have I believe) and have been nibbling more lately. Trades like a stock with slow and steady dilution (and at times, not so "slow" unfortunately). But I'm hanging in here too as I love the business story/business model, especially in this day and age (read: "one of ESG obsessiveness") and I also know that when it takes off, it can really take off...GL!
Thanks georgie for the reply...who's been the main seller here lately? I haven't been watching as carefully as I should've been - doh!
Is this ticker one of those at risk of being delisted and being sent to the greys this year?

Anyone else here having an issue with EVLLF shares not showing up in your account? I hold EVLLF in 2 separate accounts - one account is w/ Schwab and the other is w/ TDA - and the shares are still only showing up as a CUSIP in each of those accounts as of now. I was kind of expecting them to be showing as actively trading again (?). Not sure what the hell's going on exactly (?). Will this likely get settled soon or should I be on the phone with both Schwab and TDA about this issue ASAP? TIA~~~
I'm not calling the bottom, not by any means (I'm no fool!): but that said...it's possible we've just put in that bottom (yesterday) and today is day 1 of the reversal.
Or not.
Time will tell.
Go BITF and glta~
Well I'm here scratching my head.....because my TVPC shares (which I've been holding for a few years now) are still trading under the TVPC ticker. There was no RM here. Both VEEE and TVPC shares are actively trading today. VEEE on the Nasdaq and TVPC on the OTC. Have you ever seen this before? And the company makes no mention of what will happen with the "old" TVPC shares that have been in existence for many years now. I think I first purchased TVPC shares back in 2015. I've traded some of my holdings in it through the years (required much patience, this one did) but always kept a core long position as well. I'm going to try and contact the company I suppose.
I appreciate your sharing your thoughts. You think BYOC will ever see profitability? I realize they have some very legit companies as clients but I've not been all that excited about their #'s to date and am failing to see what is going to supposedly "light the spark" for this supposed powder keg business-wise.
Please enlighten me, if you would. From one BYOC long to another, pray tell what you sincerely think BYOC management will/might do to actually get this thing moving again. I'd love to know because I'm pretty much at my wits end with this one. And I've been here continuously for close to 2 years now....fortunately I was wise enough to sell most of my shares on last year's big move and then invested those gains in solid (mainly non-OTC) companies that have done me well overall. I'd love for my few milly remaining shares here to be worth something again....but like I said, I've pretty much lost hope at this point and figure it might be about time to cut bait and move on completely on the next mini move upwards.
I would sincerely appreciate any genuine insight that you or any other long here might have in response to my query. Gracias y buena suerte a todos~
Not sure if we might be experiencing certain headwinds such as insiders/early investors selling shares or other (???) but my best guess is that the majority of this horrible recent trading for BITF is attributable to bad timing: namely, they up-listed at one of the worst possible times in terms of BTC's price action. And these miners seem to trade in lock-step with Bitcoin's price. And we all know how that's been going the past few weeks...
My gut tells me BITF is being severely overlooked by the market right now and we'll have to pinch ourselves in the future that we were able to scoop shares at these ridiculously low prices!! (that's certainly my hope anyway)
Well.. I suppose today we can "celebrate" the fact that we already have our highest daily trading volume in more than 4 months.
Of course it will be a very muted celebration (barring significant volume coming in during the next ~ 2 hrs) given that it's an embarrassingly low 7k shares traded hands that makes today's volume a 4+ month record... :-/
I have a feeling management has a burning desire to eventually deliver amazing results...and mostly just for you! lol.
most of your posts add nothing of benefit (there have been a few exceptions to that, I admit) and are just super annoying and with a complaining tone. just asking that you not use this thread to bitch and moan. let's keep it constructive, huh? we're all in the same boat here. gl!
Shhhhh...... a little less commenting and freaking out about things. Give it a little bit of patience and it will be a much more enjoyable ride - trust me. Just added to my position here fwiw. Will continue to add to my stack here on any further weakness too. Recognize buying opportunities when they are right in front of you. Any more advertising for BFARF and we wouldn't be able to buy at these price levels. Take that perspective and this whole situation will be much more enjoyable for you I imagine....
I'm with you there. I can fully appreciate that Rome wasn't built in a day, and I'm fully willing to be patient as the pieces of the puzzle are carefully put together, ensuring that they are done so properly. But it would've been nice to have a bit more communication from the management along the way to let us know (to whatever extent they are legally and strategically able to) just what are the general plans, maybe a predicted general timeline for different steps in the process, etc, etc. We've heard next to nada from them. I'm hoping its because they need to keep things close to the vest with their strategy and not because they don't give a damn about us commoners. Remaining hopeful myself, a lot that I've seen that there is to like here. A powder keg of POTENTIAL for sure...
Great to see this confirmation that the pieces are still being put into place here...of course it never happens as quickly as us impatient investors would like it to, but perhaps that just provides even more opportunity for those of us who have the ability, the vision, and the luxury of waiting to see things come to fruition here.
Still holding long & strong here and nibbling bits and pieces on the bid side - though there have been very, very few impatient sellers in this one - which is a fantastic signal of what's to come IMO!
GLTA~
Your damn right we do! And we happen to have a fairly large short position here at last check - anyone have access to the WSB crowd. If they're not already on this play they need to get on it like yesterday~
As a supremely overweight LONG here, I'm saying enough is enough: it's time to get the word out. This stock deserves to be much closer to its ATH of over $30/share than it does to be down here - all in my (un)biased and humble opinion, of course!
Is the Reddit WSB crowd still active and have any clout these days? I'm asking because FSR is their kind of play. I just saw on CNBC yesterday that 29% of FSR's O/S is currently SHORT at last count. If anyone wants to double check me on that, please do, but I'm fairly certain that's the # they gave. Regardless, I was shocked that there are still idiots out there that are willing to have a large short exposure to a very promising company in a burgeoning sector of this red hot economy.
I think it might be time for dumb*ss shorty to FEEL THE BURN again!!!
fwiw, I've been a shareholder in FSR since Nov 2nd and reserved my Ocean on Nov 9th and fully intend to place my order for the most premium model they're going to offer (the one that is supposedly going to go 0-60 in LESS than 3 SEC!!). Can't wait to cruise around San Diego in my Fisker Ocean rollin' in California Mode....
Let's get some more eyes on this - Henrik has clearly had a plan for awhile now and things just keep falling into place. (Not sure about the Pope-mobile headline today, kinda cheesy, but whatever - I doubt they lose any reservations over it haha). I'm 98% convicted that Fisker will be one of the survivors in the EV marketplace come 2025, 2030....
You raised a couple of very pertinent points for traders to be considering if they are thinking about flipping a volatile stock with recent excitement around it like BFARF has had with the NASDAQ uplist approval this past friday. (that was huge news by the way, the news that us longs have been looking for, and a legitimate reason for this one to gain more attention in the coming trading sessions.)
But one point of clarification re: what you said concerning wash trades - this is a very relevant point for anyone who trades in and out of the same stocks multiple times in short order, or who is considering doing so. The point I want to make is that wash sales are really only relevant if someone has sold any portion of their position for a loss and then turns around and buys that stock again (at any price, is my understanding - it doesn't matter if the price is above or below or at the same level as any of their other trades): in this scenario, there will be a "wash sale" adjustment applied to the loss on the position sold and you will not be able to count that loss against any gains come tax time. Its kind of a tricky rule with several nuances to it, so best for anyone who isn't familiar with "wash sales" to do their research about exactly what they are and under what scenarios you will get hit with one based on your trading.
So the main point I think it is important to communicate here (if I'm understanding the rule correctly) is that f you are always selling positions for gains, then the "wash sale" rule will not come into play and therefore will not harm you come tax time. ***I'm not a tax law expert nor should anyone take what I'm saying as tax advice in any way, shape or form, please!***
That said, I'm still not a fan of jumping in and out of a stock myself if I believe it to be a solid long-term play. I have yet to meet anyone who is consistently great at timing the market accurately the majority of the time. Good luck to my fellow BFARF longs, can't wait to see this baby on the NAS and I won't mind finally getting this god awful ticker symbol changed as well!
looks like you may have thrown a nice reverse hex on BYOC right there at 2pm EST as volume came back in, bringing it off that dip nicely....where will the momentum take us from here....probably headed for more churning again... but that's just fine because, well, who's in a rush at this point? it will happen when it happens.
Wowza! Beauty call AO! Congrats bud!!
Nice little news piece from BYOC. Are you the mystery $1 M shareholder investor who paid the 370% premium by chance? j/k...haha.
Well, it's not an earth-shattering update by any means, but it's still very nice to see someone who clearly has a lot more money to play with than I do who has conviction in a mutual investment.
500 BTC on balance sheet? is that confirmed or are you just musing with that #?
Also, what do y'all put our (BFARF's) odds at for uplisting to NAS sometime this year? Honest/serious guesses if you wouldn't mind...
TIA and GLTA!
Please tell me it's me who broke my brain here and am calculating this incorrectly...cuz if I'm not and it was Geordan who fell and broke HIS brain and then he just gave this fool the equivalent of OVER 15 BILLION shares of common, then I think I'd rather have the brain damage.....wtf!!?? There's not even that many shares in the newly increased AS count!! Someone please correct me. Did I miscalculate or did Geordan mix up a decimal place? Gawd I sure hope the answer in the end is one of those 2 things....
Because I see:
"the Company is issuing to the Investor 1,556,905 shares of the Company’s Series C Convertible Preferred Stock (the “Exchange Shares”), which are convertible into a fixed number of shares of Common Stock."
and then considering:
"Fixed Conversion Price. Each share of Series C Preferred Stock is convertible into 10,000 shares of Common Stock."
This baby seemingly gets better and better with each passing week. I sure hope I don't jinx us longs here (especially since I'm overexposed to FSR like I've never been to any single company to date) but it's just been one positive update after another. It's just been a pleasure to be long here (stock, long calls and also cash-covered puts, and quite a bit of each).
It's almost as though Mr Fisker had devised a very thorough game plan ahead of time, thinking about how each step of this process might go, and is now enacting said game plan. Amazing. Almost feels like the guy has done this before.....
Great to see you too buddy! Cheers!
Well, good sir, from your mouth to god's ears is all I can say! I'm coming back into the OTC after a year away trading the big boards. Did very well there but my year-long "internship" is over with and now I'm ready to hit the OTC streets again.
Great to see you are in this doog as this is one of my first OTC entries in quite some time! Hope you've been well and its good to see that not only is ihub still up and running (ha!) but that you and some other familiar faces are still active on here. I was honestly a little worried that either the site would be down or there would be nobody left here because a year ago many peeps seemed to be migrating to other sites (discord, slack, twitter, etc, etc) and then I heard about all the reddit craze and honestly wasn't sure if I'd be able to find anyone still left on ihub after this crazy, wild year....
Anyhoo, t's good to be back. Now let's rock in 2021 and QQQFF seems to me to be a great candidate to keep this OTC ball of momentum rolling right along! Cheers!!
wow, you've been pretty spot on lately with calling the tops and bottoms with this play - congrats $$
I've been in this one as well and lightened my position a little bit today. where do you see it going from here? also, I noticed a filing about a proposed RS for this stock, what's your take on that? tia and continued good luck to you~
Speaking of which, is that proposed SEC injunction for delinquents that caused such an uproar when it was first introduced sometime last year still going into effect at some point? Or has it already and I missed it?
maybe nothing to be considered a "bounce play" for awhile since everything has been up lately?? idk...
Get ready to pour the concrete....cuz BYOC just keeps putting in higher floors. Build it baby~
typing in ALL CAPS doesn't make your BS come true. Well, now you know.
Call me crazy (it's okay, it won't hurt my feelings) but you, sir, are in all honesty the ONLY reason I've held a good portion of my BYOC shares this long. We've never met, and you yourself will likely consider me either fairly dumb or certifiably insane now that you know this. But I say it with nothing but the utmost GRATITUDE. You are a unique trader with a very important and brilliant set of skills. And I'm just grateful that our paths crossed somewhere along the way. You've got a knack for finding gems and if I have anything at all, I suppose I have a knack for picking the right pickers
I'm extremely happy for you that you get to see this one running once again. If there's anyone in ihub land who deserves to see BYOC return to some degree of glory, it's you bud. Here's to hoping we're still at the very beginning of this run $$$$
I agree buddy. I can't wait to see this one realize it's full potential. If/when that happens, I know that you'll be well-rewarded, and VERY deservedly so!
BYOC +200% and over 400M shares traded in the past session in a half since that news dropped. I'd say peeps are liking it so far bud
Yup, yup....seeing chatter on it anywhere??
Well then, clearly you and I have VERY different definitions of what "SMALL PROFITS" are. I personally have sold shares on rallies realizing more than $25,000 in profits so far this calendar year on FNHI/WKSP and am still holding plenty of shares long as well. The shares I sold I was overall up ~ 200% on average (rough estimate, using eyeball math, though the $25k number was not a rough estimate, it is right around $26k).
Of the shares I'm still holding long, I could sell those right now for another $7k in gains (some long, some short-term) for ~ 50% in profit on those shares, but I'm holding for much higher fwiw.
So to me, $32-33,000 in gains aren't chump change, but if they are to you I wonder why aren't you messing around with TSLA and other big board stocks instead of peddling in the OTC with us losers??
