Why is PNTV not listed as the majority owner or owner? Is that their partner? Their 15 or 16 % partner? I have no idea, is this the same company? Greenleaf, right? If so, is the ownership listed under their minority partner under their name? If so, why? Is the MJ licensed in this company's name too or the name on the document? Who really holds the license because in order to have said license you must first have a growing facility to be approved by zoning as this zoning documents represent. The zoning approval or application does not appear to be in PNTV's name? Whose name is the licensed registered in and it does make a difference? Than again, maybe I just got the thing mixed up.....

Zoning document took me 2 mins to find over a week ago, so I thought I would share now. Same facility? Same people? Same company? You tell me? Anyway, I am sure the longs know everything including the confusion of the above document so if anyone wants to answer please do. Thank you.


Does anyone have a link to any video that you can share or show of their progress? They are a media company and the CEO did promise some sort of video a couple of days after the May 30th video and cannot find it....I figure there would be video of phase one? I mean that may make me and others more a believe of the faith.

Green Pharms You went inside but no pics or video? CEO said on May 30 in a cheesy video there would be a "virtual" video in a couple of days and that did not happen either. Why virtual? Lol....Lets see a video from this media company of the warehouse and operations. If it really exist show us...Also, there is no 1 million revenue because it is not yet made if ever. I see many of their video where they talk and pitch their shares than the production of product. One video they could not even focus properly in the only room I know they have with ceiling tiles missing do to painting which is rather tacky for media. I think every shareholder and potential shareholder will want to see the results of what they have already accomplished.

Lots of early volume with sales and taking profit. If it does not close at the high today forgetaboutit.....Truthfully, there is nothing that backs this company up for even a respectful trade. It is all hot air and hope with the CEO pitching the price of his stock than the company itself per production. He is an expert closer when it comes to selling stock. I mean creating stocks is easier than growing pot. What happen with the 650 lbs? Was it mentioned in the call? And where is the video promised on May 30th? I don't mean a virtual one either. Appears they are more about producing media than weed.....



All in my opinion....Some of you who are way up are foolish not to take some profit. You will more than likely right it back down. Threepointer, Not remembering the past you are doomed to repeat it in the future. Past indicators are more often times future trends when it comes to PNTV or any stock as in life.

And no matter how great the product bad management will run it into the ground. The company per its yearly filings shows one employee who's been able to run a company for 20 years and no profit from any of them from what I can find. He claims 31 million losses and you think he can grow pot faster and better than selling of shares? He gave back 350,000 or thereabouts of his own money for stock? Wow, more dilution or what? 59k a year? He makes a little of his money on service and product but most of his money I believe selling shares? And if your company is losing tens of millions over decades where do you come up with the money? You know this company does not live or exist entirely on the money it generates. A huge portion of that comes from shares. I guess it beats getting it from the government directly when you can go straight to the source it, you the so called "investor".

My prediction, the earnings were not released after the call but after hours tomorrow? If that is true than past experience tells me they are reporting bad news into the weekend. I could be wrong but probably right if earnings being reported tomorrow. I think you will see a sell off either fast and furious or a slow drag down but it is going down. First off you don't me or what I know. You only know what I tell you and it is mainly a honest factual view of this 20 year failure of a company that appears to have losses of upwards of 31 million dollars and never turned a profit year over year in all that time. That is a screaming fact about management and how not to run a business than building a company that makes it shareholders profits. If they have, please prove me wrong because I cannot find that year or filing. I know more about pot than probably the lot of you with maybe one or two exceptions. I also know through running a business for decades how the infrastructure will have to be formulated. I also been searching for those companies/people who are best geared to do that job and this company is not one of them. Green reality is correct, it is rather a hold at the moment. L2 is showing someone (my assumption) is being allowed to purchase in parts at .121.
People are also taking a bit of profit. Since the share price did not break the last high, came close, it made a lower high on the chart which is a down indicator. I would expect a bit of sell of on Fri. I am expecting more than a bit but we will see. Anyway whoever is at 300 % should take some of the table otherwise you may lose a bit of that in short time. The shares traded are little and someone it appears is allowing a nice timely buy in for about 60,000 shares. Large drop for little volume but that is the way it is played when taking people's money..I am hoping it starts going back to the basement with some consolidation before the real hype begins. I have no skin in this one and maybe never will. Fri is the day to look forward to when trades take their profits but some are beginning. Volume is drying up and so does the interest. You know what that means, right? Lol This post is my opinion.

A scenario that happens many times. This company has over 1.2 billion shares total from what I have obtained from the filings...

I would bet this penny company like many others will have a new shell corp ready to list GLFH with another symbol with PNTV just being the holding company. When the spin off happens, if it happens you might get a few extra shares. Although at that point your invest will per pot will be largely divested away from you at some extent but not completely as you are left holding PNTV. At that point all the attraction will be with GLFH who they changed the name and already incorporated just this year. I am not saying this will happen but it sure makes it easier to clean up the dismal finances and start fresh with a newly listed company with plenty of new shares to sell. This is my opinion and what I have seen many times take place with these kinda of stocks..

3 months ago in a video when Mark was then a one man corp, in it is the filing at the time if you look them up. Apparently he has hired one or two people since then...He stated 3 months ago in a video he should have some product by now? Where is it? Also, come Saturday when all the pot is sold out that will be it until the alcohol distributors can get licensed. You read about that, right? Right? It is all there under Nevada's emergency ruling/order right?

Also, the GLFH is owned by other people, do you know who they are? I doubt it.

Someone says that selling shares is not dilution? Since when?

In truth this is a trading stock and the present form of the company now has too many shares out. Another possibility is the company if they do not spin off their 84% of GLFH and they start to look viable you will get a reverse split...To think you can buy a shell company on Nasdaq for 1 million or so dollars are dreaming.....1.2 billion shares out there lol...


Good luck with that.....Company has no market share of anything. The license are not as special when others are being licensed or temporary licensed. Right now you have a run up but it will fall back to a point but do not expect a 1.2 billion market cap on a company that so far has produced is shares and hot air....

I would bet that many people given shares including this company are selling them in this run. Otherwise, how else are they going to fund their operations? Selling pot? What pot? Haven't they had a year since zoning approved their leased building to produce? Where is the pot?

This is not an investment. You are investing in a penny stock. You are investing in a person who has losses since 1998 straight year over year. You have 1.2 billion float and a cap that is laughable with 132k in sales and 31 million loses. Yeah, you would think anyone can sell a bag of dope and make money but we will see...Trading stock that is all this worth. I would take profits by Fri and watch it settle back. I hope it does not drop to fast but it will have to drop back. By the way, look up car companies on wiki a hundred years ago..You will find hundreds listed that never made it and it is the same thing here as was the internet. You need to look at market share and this company has no share of any market at this point. Response: PNTV, that I know of, is not a one man corp. By law, in order to be a corp, you have to have board consisting of officers. One man cannot wear two, three hats.

I do believe in the filings he listed himself as a one man corp. Yes, you can be a one man corp without officers or directors. I have been one myself for close to 30 years.

I am sorry but putting more of the treasury shares selling them through pipe stem financing or selling straight into into the market is dilution. This company has over 1/2 billion shares out there...That is dilution and selling of shares.

Response: PNTV just acquired, from the State of Nevada, 4 GLF licenses on or about May 29 2017. These licenses were not bought by someone else and given to PNTV. I am not sure what license you are talking about? GLF is a multi-million dollar facility and the parent company PNTV is a modern studio. Not sure what you are talking about?


You might want to do some dd yourself. My comment about the sale of a license at 2 million had nothing to do with PNTV other than indirectly giving it some value in the sector.

If you have been on the outside of GLF, you missed the activity on the inside because cultivation takes place inside of the facility. I am not sure what you mean here. What you should do is request an invite to the PNTV to review their facility. If you travel to their facilities, please take some pictures and post those pictures on this board so all of us can see them.
