The def 14c is filed. What else are you looking for
I mean Steve just said today on Twitter that it would happen in 10 days. Probably should read what the CEOs saying for the answers that you seek
Yeah I’m much more excited for Q1 and Q2. Q1 due 45 days after K
Yeah pretty interesting when you see how close him and Dennis Crowley act in the video and then you look at Dennis’ background. Plus Steve being at an allied event today.
It definitely feels like AU has shifted towards RAD as being its preferred Robotics/AI security provider. Haven’t heard much from them in regards to Knightscope or Sharp
If you’re serious about the company and would like to learn more about SCOT I strongly recommend watching this
All the good DD posts get ignored and pushed down. We haven’t had a new sticky in 2018.
We’re in the business of AI with a current focus on security. SCOT will be the big piece moving forward but bots have use as well. New solutions coming this year
Massive walls up. Someone trying to keep this down
So in your hypothetical situation steve has some arbitrary number like 10M shares that he plans to issue no matter what, pre or post R/S, and he did the R/S just so that he could destroy the current shareholders and give 90% of the public shares value to new holders.
That’s a crazy imagination you’ve got
Ha I’m not Steve...
But do you really believe that an R/S doesn’t proportionately adjust for the conversion of notes?
Maybe do some more research and learn more about finance before talking down to others
Dilution could happen before the R/S as well. Changing the way the shares are structured doesn’t change the company’s ability to dilute. Got plenty left in the A/S if that’s what they want to do.
Companies definitely care about that. Doesn’t look good telling people that you’re Security your property with a penny stock company when you’re an F500.
Accredited investors will definitely not touch a .10 stock. Most wont even touch under $4. Brokerage firms like UBS won’t allow you to buy stock this low. In fact they won’t even know about the stock to begin with because of the levels that it’s trading at. SR has not lost any of his integrity because shareholders disagree with his market tactics. It’s about his business products and execution that people will really care about.
The R/S allows for increased exposure and liquidity and also decreases a lot of the manipulation and games that are at this level
The company is the exact same pre/post R/S. The only difference is share structure which shouldn’t affect anything about the business of the company.
I don’t think many Fortune 500 companies or accredited investors want to be involved with a company that’s trading at .10
RAD working with a F500 client and planning to sell them 150 units in 12 months.
Meanwhile at Knightscope...

https://nerdist.com/security-robot-beaten-up-bbq-sauce/
Interesting bounce. Mostly buys today/yesterday
Knightscopes market cap is 90mil and all they have is a mall robot that’s ran into people and fallen into waterfalls. They also have a ridiculous looking large outdoor bot that there’s been no videos of and this nonexistent K1.
K1 is double the price of SCOT and there’s not a single video of it’s capabilities and where it’s being implemented. SCOT has sold 5 units in increasing size to a retailer that could be Costco, Target, Walmart etc. I can find and look up the video as to everything SCOT can provide but all the K1 says is “weapon detection”
No way does Knightscope have “weapon detection” coming soon. Do you understand how hard that tech is to develop? Knightscope is a robotics company, not a weapon detection company. Even the companies who strictly focus on it haven’t commercialized it yet (patriot one technologies)
RAD is capturing the market for intelligent towers while Knightscope let’s them. RAD is valued at 2mil with tradable shares. Knightscope is valued at 90mil with shares that can’t be traded. Knightscope obviously has a ton of debt too. Look at how many people they employ to do the same thing RAD is doing. Knightscope products are much costlier and not as easy to produce as RAD.
The choice between which is a better investment opportunity is too easy.
Dilution going on crazy hahaha good joke.
We need you on the battlefield lightsoldier. Man your post
Yeah because companies want to admit they have security risks and show the solutions that they’re using to prevent them lmao. Makes sense
Value will show itself in time. Market somehow negatively reacted to a big box retailer (Target, Costco, Walmart, etc.) buying more SCOTS right away simply because RAD can’t currently name them. If they continue to buy at this rate their name will be out soon.
I also expect other non-retail customers to be more open to releasing their name in time. Solution makes too much sense for logistics, parking lots, warehouses, transportation, and energy.
Cheers
Omg so much dilution!!!! Nobody buy this POS. 600k share volume. Clear dilution. Steve is taking your money and putting it in his pocket with GP and laughing at everyone
That’s not a guarantee by any means. Merely some people’s opinions. It could easily be R/S on the 24th and then 10K on the 28th that includes bullish signs and lifts the stock price immediately after the R/S.
I’ll buy a bunch now just in case and buy more if it dips after the R/S as well. Company can only go up from here
Fine with me. Making it easy to load up more cheapies
Wow a big box retailer wanting to deploy more units only a couple weeks after getting their first units.
Guess there’s some value in this “coke can machine”
Massive news and the stock is somehow red. No idea what the market is thinking but I’ll be loading at these levels
SCOT isn’t designed for casinos and it’s not a primary market. Critical infrastructure is much more pressing and makes way more sense from a product use and cost standpoint.
You either believe in the tech or don’t. I’ll believe in the security professionals with 20-30+ years who see the value in it.
You can also distrust Steve because he hasn’t handled the public side perfectly but there’s others that are heavily involved for good reason. Guys like Dennis Crowley and Matt Klock.
https://www.linkedin.com/in/dennis-crowley-662818b
Look at that guys resume. You really think he’s sponsoring a product that has no value? If you look at his twitter he likes most RAD posts and I’m sure he’s promoting it to his massive client base.
I mean he did the webinar with Steve and you can tell how close they are. If people actually do their DD and sat down for an hour and watched it.
Casinos are also designed and built with cameras in mind. They’ve already factored in the infrastructure and power costs before the casino was built. College campuses generally employee security who patrol around in cars. So the school has to buy each of them a car, and pay for the guard. SCOT is cheaper.
No intelligence built in to the cameras either. No license plate recognition system that could tell casinos which players are blacklisted.
Big difference between securing your backyard and a 160+ acre college campus...
Yep thanks for agreeing. Security guards don’t have the same intelligence that SCOT does and they’re much costlier. Pay, health insurance, workers comp, and they’re not as effective at their job.
Again college campus isn’t even the primary use case. Just one of many
Obviously if kids want to vandalize security property, the officers will be notified immediately.
Done with you after this statement. Nothing is going to get through to you
You ignored all of my post except that bit. Casinos do not have nearly as much outdoor space as a college campus does. Students walk from dorms to their classrooms every single day. Casino goers drive into the parking lot, and then walk into the casino and stay there for their entire visit.
Not sure how this is hard for you to understand the difference in security needs for both....
Casinos are strictly indoors. Large college campuses are mostly outdoors.
Cameras do not provide nearly as much outside coverage as SCOT. Infrastructure costs are high, power costs are high, they can’t be physically installed everywhere either.
They can’t notify or alert security right away like SCOT can. Cameras need someone to be watching at all times which requires more staff and manpower. Cameras also can’t be interacted with like SCOT can in cases of emergency. They have no intelligence built into them
They provide way more coverage than a human ever can. They run 24/7 and never get tired. You can have Robots cover every inch of your entire schools property 24/7 and be able to see every single thing going on. Which you can’t do with humans at all and humans aren’t nearly as dependable.
You can still have armed guards ready in the command center if a robot notifies them. The presence of robots is a deterrent and they can pick up on an assaulter much quicker than humans can and notify security instantly
Instantly raising an alarm and yeah like you said an identification system.
In the video steve says that schools have reached out looking to implement it with a “red/green” system. Basically every student is in the system so that when they pass through the chokepoint (entrance of school) it recognizes them as a green and doesn’t do anything. For anyone that’s red, It notifies them and it notifies security and then sends them to the main office for further clarification.
It’s a more powerful solution for large university campuses where you need to cover a lot of space. It’s also a great solution for emergency response as any student can use the tablet to call for help instantly if need be.
Schools aren’t the top market for the product but they’re certainly a strong one
Yeah because SCOT has to be placed against a wall...
Did you even watch the video? How do you know SCOT’s tech capabilities better than the company that created it? You really think they’re making up 400 feet as a number?
There are weapon detection companies like Patriot One Technologies that can determine the difference between a set of keys and a weapon. It’s not unthinkable that this tech can and will be implemented into SCOT at some point
Just rewatched. It’s actually 400 feet
Should be stickied by the way. We have nothing on SCOT at the top
Here’s the full video demonstrating SCOT and it’s capabilities.
SCOT costs $3 an hour. Security guard costs $12+ an hour. SCOT is employed 24/7 to protect students at night while security guards are not.
You have security guards in a security command center anyway. SCOT allows for you to employ less actual guards and save money and provides better protection.
Do some DD
It’s significantly cheaper than the security guards that they already have
Talking about their distributors who obviously have customers....
Hiring more RAD salesmen is a waste of money. Spending 80k a year on some people so that they can start cold calling prospects trying to pitch them a physical good over the phone is foolish. The distributor model works way better for this business. They already have the customers with built up relationships. All they have to do is pitch the product to their customers and then they pass the warm leads on to SR/MK and collect their small cut for anything that closes.
