So you're backtracking, great! Glad to see we agree on something. Unless you're calling Agribusiness a liar? Wouldn't that be a sight to see. I didn't realize that Happy Meal's cost thousands of dollars, I guess it's been a long time since I had one as a child. And now you're saying that DRNK is actually getting money from the sales of Noho from Bargain Squad? I thought they sold what was left of the product to Bargain Squad for pennies on the dollar, but again your words not mine...
Oh well looks like the story is always changing.
Well according to Agribusiness you're wrong, because apparently there have been sales on Amazon, and he's been tracking the numbers to prove it. Nothing substantial, but sorry saying nobody is buying this crap is just... wrong. And no I don't believe for one second it's an investor purchasing the product. If you look at the product vs other products, 0 sugar, great reviews, and attractive packaging, it will sell, just not a whole lot of it without proper marketing and exposure. No one outside of this forum knows anything about the "Bankcard empire scam" or the "Noho" share selling scam. So if they see the product, and it looks like it might help their hangover, there's a high chance they will buy it lol... Otherwise Bargain Squad would not have purchased the remaining product, or at that, had more product manufactured.
I don't think it was actually purchased by anyone here... if you look at the product online, it's appealing, and honestly if I had a hangover and was looking for something to help I would probably buy it to try it.
Wow great volume today!! Looks like this one is about to fly through the roof! Hold on to your seats everyone, we're in for a ride! IMO
No no, it's great, i'm glad there's no denying that the 'Facts' posted previously were lies... All it does is makes anything posted after the fact to be very unreliable... See when something is posted without factual content to back it up, it becomes very hard to believe... but when you post something based off of a fact that everyone has seen and knows, it's much easier to believe... I'm not denying we haven't heard from Mersky this year, or that the PPS has been at 0001 for quite sometime... but three things are clear... Product is new, selling on Amazon, and the Noho.com page is up and running.
So no denying anything that I said about Noho in my last post, that's all I need to say :) Thanks!
No, but in this case it would be a complete waste of money... Why would you spend time and money maintaining a webpage when you don't have to? Hmmm... I'm not the only one who can see no issue with their webpage... And actually... It never took you to the Amazon Webpage previously... Previously, you could purchase the product directly from the webpage, and everyone who's been here for any length of time knows that... SMH. So if he has ignored the company over over a year, than someone else is re-directing the order now page to Amazon, because again, no it hasn't been that way for years... and actually this NoHo page has been revamped from the old NoHo page lol... so saying it's been like that for years and years? That's completely incorrect, and a very obvious lie... Oh I haven't laughed that hard in a long time! Haha.
No it's not 'Expensive' to create a web page, but when your marketing platform is one of the largest retailers on earth, it's called a waste of money... SMH... And I did open the webpage lol, it opens perfectly fine... again... SMH. Have you looked at the packaging for NoHo? because it clearly states that it is the NoHo product, and pictures of new product with new expiry dates have also been posted, but I guess we should just ignore the clear as day physical evidence produced LOL... They sold whatever they had? And then they made more product... as shown to be on Amazon as we speak... too funny.
Also I would like everyone to click on the order now link on the Noho.com webpage... and look where it takes you... Directly to Amazon.... what a coincidence! Noho must have absolutely nothing to do with the product that is being sold on Amazon... SMH.
Bargain squad functions through the Amazon webpage, It's very easy to find all the products that they sell, and very easy to get in contact with them... so why spend money on overhead that you don't need?
Also... look which webpage is still active?
http://www.nohoshot.com/
hmmm someone's renewing? Also it's common sense to see that new product is being produced when everyone can see it with their own eyes... also the CEO clearly said the product would be sold on Amazon, which it is... and with new expiry dates, it's easy to conclude that the product is new?
Months and Months ago? You're right, that was months and months ago, and look! The same product is still being sold on Amazon, that tells me they produced quite a lot of product... and it has a long shelf life... So i'm not sure what you're trying to get at. First it was the product is expiring and will be pulled from Amazon, then it was product was just old product re-packaged... hilarious... now it's the product was produced months and months ago... which honestly, that's normal, a company will product product when it's needed. And actually... the fact that there was BRAND NEW PRODUCT in 2018, means there was a peep from the company... that's new product, as promised lol!
If every beverage company released a news release every time they manufactured additional product they would be the laughing stock of the industry, no one cares, it's normal daily operations, not a huge game changing announcement LOL.
"Exciting announcement today, the 'company' announced we have produced supply to the demand, things are looking great!" LOL! SMH
There is new product... why can that be said? because there is a new expiry date on the packaging, where as the old packaging was already stamped with the old expiration date... So unless you know of a magic eraser that can remove stamping without looking like it was scraped off with a knife, it's new product. End of discussion.
NOHO has gone out of business? Was there a PR? Is the ticker still active? Who told you that the CEO shut things down? Is the product still selling on Amazon? Is it in stock? Are people still trading the stock here and there? Something about that statement sounds wrong... lol
It is very clear that they did ask for more product to be made, as we can see, there is a new expiration on the packaging, aka, new product lol... If not, we would have been long out of product, why? Because it had hit it's expiration date.
:) For those who don't believe you? It's actually kind of funny, because Bargainsquad isn't responding to online inquiries... smh...
That's still not accurate, again, you have no ability to actually gauge the amount of product that is being sent to Amazon, while the product is being sold... so again absolutely false. Guessing isn't tracking.... lol! Here... tell me, how many bottles exactly to the tee have you 'Tracked' that have sold? and how many bottles did they receive from the production facility during that time? See? SMH, it's impossible. It's easy to tell that you can't tell what the sales actually are.... lol
Amazon's rankings are not sales tracking numbers, the rankings fluctuate massively.
Ohhhh and when you said the amount never went up? Yes it did... we saw it become unavailable, and then we saw it re-stocked... so that is a very obvious lie... oh the hilarity.
LOL again, you do not know for a fact, the way you have stated you 'Track sales' is abysmal at best, and completely inaccurate. Why do I say this? because you do NOT have Amazon's baselines, nor access to their database... hilarious!
That's completely false actually... it depends on the manufacturer, and their ability to produce the demand. For example, when Apple runs out of stock, they have to wait for more stock to be produced... and that's a near trillion dollar company.
In regards to the reasoning behind the availability of the type available, the packaging is different, you can't just pull a few bottles out of the 24 packs and put them into the 6 pack containers... That's a manufacturing process for a reason.
The fact that they have limited the amount you can buy is just what they have decided, and unless you know the exact reasoning behind it, don't assume?
False assumptions are foolish.
Or more likely is that production is being controlled... lol!!!
We should all sign up to dead stocks, and check in on them to make sure... you know... that they're still dead? And yet... product is still selling.
Oh interesting, is that what was discussed between yourself and Mersky?
Because I'm not sure if you know this, but Zouvas is not an employee of DRNK, rather the law firm is used the same way any other company uses independent law firms, on a case by case basis :)
From what we understand the trial and charges were laid after or around when the lawsuit was thrown out. Could it be that Mersky realized that Zouvas was a criminal? I guess we won't know until we know.
Speculation at it's best... As we can see there's one defendant...
former business associate for whom he has previously laundered stock fraud proceeds...
Tell me... What stock was Mersky previously involved in prior to DRNK?
LOL
Hilarious what people will attempt to twist into lies.
Case Number 18cr3070-JLS
Luke Zouvas Age: 47 San Diego, CA
SUMMARY OF CHARGES
Money Laundering – Title 18 U.S.C., Section 1956(a)(3)(B)
Maximum penalty: 20 years’ imprisonment and fine equal to value of the funds involved in the transaction.
You see, it wasn't attempted to be pumped, as you stated, you say you exposed it before it got started, but funny enough that wasn't until long after the PR was already released LOL!!! So no it was never attempted to be pumped.
No attempt was made to pump the next stock either, and it's obvious because a pump does not come some just a newswire, it's perpetrated by many different avenues, iHub is just a small fraction of what actually happens to pump a stock. So these messages about stopping Mersky are also a dismal failure LOL.
Had the lawsuit continued, yes, it was a slam dunk, obviously, even the GRAS ihub board was calling it a slam dunk in Mersky's favor lol... But when it came down to it, it's obvious Mersky saw that sueing a company for 100% of nothing is still nothing.
Call it whatever it was, and whats interesting is neither SNNC or FFFC were ever pumped... or even attempted to be pumped, so i'm not sure what you're referring to, there's nothing there... false fake non related info.
Interesting re-posting he said she said, there's nothing factual, there is no legal decision other than it looks like the case was thrown out due to lack of evidence?? LOL
Please point me to the legal action taken against David Mersky for fraud, then point me to the legal decision where he was convicted of a crime... any crime actually... because I can't see one, no matter how much I google.
Additionally to this, Tracking by ranking is also not accurate at all... In order to have any sort of accuracy without having direct access to the sale database, you would also need to track the rankings and sales of all other products in that category, and from what we see, it's in the ten's if not hundreds of thousands of fluctuating items and rankings lol...
Lol no it's very correct, unless you have direct access to the sale data on Amazon's server it's not going to be accurate, anyone with a background in data analysis can see that. Luke Zouvas, interesting, being a hired attorney for a company means he would be hired contractually, not as an employee for the company, but everyone knows that already, so really Zouvas has no affect on NoHo lol... And David Mersky Fraud? I see nothing legally binding other than a bunch of people writing posts and making accusations. But sorry until he is convicted of a crime, it's all just he said she said LOL... SMH
You mean the huge Mersky scam in which he nor his father were ever convicted? That's hilarious, anyone can say or print anything, but when it comes down to it, no record? no conviction? Innocent until proven guilty, isn't that what the law says?
What's a lie is the 'Sales Tracking', your sales tracking, cannot distinguish between new product arriving, and product selling, for example, they may receive new product the same day older product is leaving the warehouse, therefore the quantity would not have to be adjusted. Also just because the max quantity you can purchase is selected, also does not mean you have selected all of the product they have in inventory at Amazon lol... The sales tracking is a complete load of bull.
Why are you asking questions to shareholders? if we were privy to any of that information it would be insider trading... but we're not... so again, irrelevant.
Irrelevant information, FFFC - Where was the pump? No Pump from Mersky...
Same goes for SNNC, no pump, and look, stock is still at 2 cents.
Sorry again, that's not evidence at all, that is the OTC stock market, that has nothing to do with Bargain squad purchasing product for pennies on the dollar, hilarious. We have all clearly seen that the link to the Bargain Squad web page is simply going to Amazon, and seeing that they sell their product via one of the worlds only Trillion dollar company web pages LOL!!!
For those interested in the URL Link to where Bargain Squad distributes the NOHO product, please simply go to Amazon.com and search for NOHO.
Again, it's not rocket science.
So wait... nothing on the fact that there isn't a shred of evidence as to what was posted? That's hilarious, I see that what I said was true and can't be argued... Oh so so funny.
LOL interesting, i've already provided you the weblink for bargain squad, many times... and everyone else here know's how to access it too... Don't waste my time :) No volume in sight? How about posting the volume from the last year, and once we see the hundreds of millions of shares that have changed hands, I guess we'll see the volume LOL..
SMH
What's hilarious is the claims that Bargain Squad bought the remaining product for pennies on the dollar without any proof, sorry but no one is falling for something that doesn't have a shred of factual proof attached lol
Unfortunately, none of this message is actually based on factual evidence, the only thing we ACTUALLY know, is that there is product selling on Amazon lol.
Interesting... so we're saying there is proof that Bargain Squad purchased the product from NOHO, in the form of a press release, an e-mail, verbal communication with either parties? Oh wait... There isn't. False information is false no matter which way it's spun.
None of us know what's going on other than product is on Amazon right now, that is the ONLY fact that is true.
Interesting... more false claims... Please state where it was said they received exclusive rights? because that has never been said... LOL. A worldwide PR? that's interesting... BargainSquad distributing a product by extended distribution rights would land them in hot water if it wasn't in a PR? LOLOL there is NOTHING factual about that statement at all... BargainSquad does not need to release any sort of PR that's a bunch of made up BS hahaha.
What you lack understanding is, Bargain Squad can disclose anything they want publicly, they are an extended distributor, and not the parent company releasing publicly traded information. If Mersky released information regarding the company publicly, then yes, but Bargain Squad is not releasing information that could be used as insider trader information.. SMH.
Well I've just sent an e-mail off to Bargain Squad, requesting some further confirmation, we'll see... Oh I also mentioned someone here is potentially slandering their company's name... Should be an interesting response I expect.
Whats hard to understand? That a request was made on the forum for someone to contact Bargain Squad, and inquire as to how they are distributing a product which was exclusively given to BNG, the response from the company was, they received extended distribution rights... I wonder who I believe, the horses mouth or all the moles in the ground making things up as they go along...
Actually again it makes perfect sense to not have a website if you already have a channel of distribution, my guess is they have agreements in place with other companies, possibly BNG which they then provide the service of sell products their niche via Amazon, it's genius, no overhead, no hosting fee's webpage maintenance etc.. Oh right and all income... lol...
Actually... it depends on the business model, the business model for Bargain Squad makes sense, they have free marketing, communication, analytics. No answer to the exclusive distribution question? I already answered that, MANY times over... HA HA, BNG has exclusive distribution rights, and extended rights were provided to Bargain Squad... what's so hard to understand?
The type of business that Bargain squad runs is an Amazon product retailer, that IS the website they market themselves through... any intelligent person can see that. Amazon has the highest visibility of any online retailer hands down... If they started a website and marketed their product there also? That's just a huge waste of money LOL.
