Yes it’s not uncommon and the risk we take. Does appear to be dilution season if there is one.

They usually increase the AS in order to protect the company from a hostile take over. Considering the market cap right now that would have been a high possibility. With that said they can use those shares to increase OS and dilute by selling into the market so just keep an eye on the OS and if isn’t increasing then all is good. If it is they are diluting to produce funds for the company or a new Lamborghini.

Better get more NS or cover fools bringing some heat soon!

For being new your obviously smart and intuitive. I don’t claim to be an expert but been here a little while. Somebody please help beebread out here. From what I have gathered is AS increase is to protect from take over and the company has no intention to dilute because they are looking to uplist to major exchange. The company has been the most transparent I have seen along with trustworthiness. As for earnings they had paid of debt last earnings and have increased revenue and the costs were a one time pay out so this earnings should knock it out of the park. The RS is in the filings as an option for the company but the CEO being honest and transparent has stated it isn’t even on the table. Garnock and angel investor that made over 80 mil on cron has invested here over $500k so confidence is very high for a similar if not better long term run. Do your DD and good luck.

It’s obvious bear fear in the air, time for a large move!

For example my broker has 29.2mln shares to short. My broker doesn’t own them other people do and if somebody borrows them from me I get a commission and both the broker and I make money. For folks to think this can’t be shorted is naive. That is why folks talk about putting in a limit sell so they can’t use your shares. Other entities also short but I won’t talk about that because the message will get deleted.

Yup been there states short interest 5893 on 5/15/2019 so that means somebody is short. Now that’s not enough to matter but I highly doubt that is accurate.

There is know way you would know that. Just to let you know my broker has 29.2 million shares to short of VRUS. Totally possible and more than probable that somebody is short here. I could short it if I chose to.

Sounds like some bears are getting worried here. Getting ready to loss there shorts. The RS has been in the info for long time and has been discussed as not on the table. I think it is smart for them to have the option if needed for NASDAQ up listing but with the revenue leaps and the strong investor relations that might not be needed. I don’t think they want to lose the trust of there hard core investors and have been the most transparent company I have seen. This is a great long hold and patience will pay. Looking forward to growing along side VRUS not worried a bit. If the sticky shakes the price I will add to my position on pullback. Riding this one to the tippy top.

Unlike other companies it seems that VRUS likes to drop good news on Friday instead of bad. I have yet to see bad news, most solid transparent company I’ve invested in. So impressive to see this and refreshing for a change. Most are big pos and only good for quick buck. I’m here as long as they are transparent and making moves!

This is the article I found about the plant in Ironton OH and found the location by looking up the old address of the Dow Chemical plant and found out the Company name by calling the facility next door and it is called Purecycletech https://twitter.com/PureCycleTech https://purecycletech.com/ and is very interestingly a plastics recycling company but I do not know how it is affiliated with Green Envirotech Holdings. Same place same plant that Green Envirotech states they have. I have sent a message to Purecycle and will let everyone know the response.

Found a plastics plant named https://purecycletech.com/ this may be what we are investing in. I have sent them a message. Talked with the company next door and this is who is there now.

Found the plant looks like a lot of activity 925 County Rd 1A, Ironton, OH 45638 former Dow Chemical plant.
