WOW! That is the longest paragraph I have ever seen without a period or comma. However, addressing the content of your paragraph, I hope you are correct.
Stents, I totally agree. Lets face it, Rory's supposed break through CRM is not selling. So what does he do? He acquires a company that has a product that does sell. FUSZ has know synergistic value to Sound Concept. 30,000 sales here and there is ridiculous. Until all of this fluff and partnerships show CRM adoption with Rory's awesome walk out technology, then go go Sound Concepts..they are on their own. The only way sales will grow is if Rory keeps acquiring more company's that actually can sell and grow their product offerings. Why? Because Rory realizes acquiring is his only option.
Acquisitions are fine, but I would like to see new contracts with what they currently have. They need to expand with their current product line in concert with the acquisitions. Dr. Dent needs to PR NEW adoption and growth, and I am waiting with baited breath for some new catalysts and PR's.
What I find very disappointing is that we are entering golf season across the entire country and NO new developments are being released by this GOLF oriented company. How about some new contracts/sales PR's. Bob claims there TAG system is over the top and way ahead in this technology. He even stated on the conference call that most golf courses see his product as A MUST HAVE. Well, where are all the new contracts. The 10K will only cover the past, what about the present. Just venting.
Where are the sales contracts that the supposed 120 golf courses from the last convention were so enthralled with per the last CC? It's golf season.
Per Bob, the courses have never seen anything like it! It is heads and tails better than anything out there! Only contracts, revenue and subsequent profitability will move the pps. Bring it on Bob. Oh, and how about an Agricultural, Fleet or Military contract.
Per the CC, Bob claims the investors, Gunner and note holders are great people and completely support the long term venture of this technology.
Can't blame you for selling your 30 Million shares (P/S) at 3.75 post split. That explains the collapse of the stock at 3.75. Your volume alone would have had a huge impact on the sell off. Then when others saw the declining pps, they too were inspired to sell.
Again, I can't blame you for finding away to make a small profit on this train wreck stock.
Any Insider buying at these supposedly low prices...the Discount of the decade?? Of course not!

Also, NO INSIDER BUYING. At 1.40 per share, if Management really believed in their own company they would be buying directly on the open market.

I agree. I wish Rory put in as much time and excitement generating FUSZ CRM adoption and revenue, rather than a SC driven up list to Nasdaq.
SC is 95% of the companies revenue and growth. Their revenue growth trajectory is below 5% per Q at best. FUSZ (VERB) is adding practically nothing to the bottom line.
So the way I see it. SC is being up listed, not FUSZ (VERB)!
Why is the up list to the Nasdaq so special? It does not up list the lack of revenue. The Fins remain the same whether it's OTC or the Nas. The institutions will not buy on the Nas if they do not like what they see.
Perhaps he was referring to the 10 Million dollar revenue in the pipeline announced 6 months ago. Maybe that will hit in 2019...plus additional revenue. I would love to see a launch of their product in the agricultural sector!
I do not see the 10K on yahoo finance or their web site...will keep looking.

In the Title of security section, the acquired value = 0, meaning stock options probably by the CFO. I wish it were open market acquisition.
Oh well, at least the CFO has more freebies that will incentivize him to convert into gold over the subsequent months and quarters.
I would love news about profitability, new contracts, share buy back, new electronics company partnership and a NEW contract in a NEW INDUSTRY...Prairie Farms for instance.

The FUSZ revenue component of VERB is literally nothing. All the revenue growth will have to come from the former Sound Concept component. 50K per Q from FUSZ after two years is a huge disappointment. Bottom line, the new break through CRM walk out technology is NOT getting adopted.

Are these warrants/stock options?? I was initially excited that they were open market (insider) buys. That is a totally different vote of confidence than freebies.
It has been a very long time since we have heard about subscriber increases. Hoping to hear a healthy subscriber update, acquisition news and near term Q profitability. Let's face it, the over head to run this business is minimal....maybe 5 to 8 salaries???
We will see next week if Dr. Dent has stacked the cards for the 10K/10Q

There are medical specialty advisors in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Cardiology, Urology etc.. great diversification and all physicians that know what their patients need in health care electronic communication.
Dr. Albitar was a prior CEO and so was Dr. Dent. I think they now how to grow market share in this multi Billion dollar market..and growing!
The stock will be rising. It has been rising in good balanced intervals, so that is good. More eyes are discovering this gem. I am trying to spread the word.
I am anticipating news this week. Perhaps some developments from the conference...more sign ups, partners, acquisitions...hopefully.

Hoping the BEADS can finally validate morbidity/mortality data in a large scale, placebo controlled trial. This has taken years and still the FDA has no faith.
Mean while I am loading another stock that will ROI 5 to 10X.
Markets are closed Monday.
This will hit .12 cents in one year. Entry into Military and agricultural sectors will catapult the stock. Nay Sayers will soon get burned!
I am accumulating. 20 dollars in 2 years is my projection. A 5% market share in a multi Billion Dollar Market is not out of the question.

I love the low float. When up listed, that float will be exposed to many new potential buyers.
I realize management already owns 65% of the shares, but wouldn't it be awesome if they bought more on the open market.
I mean if .28 cents is supposedly a good deal for us, why not them?
Especially if they view this as under valued.
