Did you read anything past that?
It literally highlights all of the differences and why companies choose to R/M instead of IPO.
This is the BIG thing to take from that 8k:
"All previous management, service providers board members of the Company have either resigned, or their services were terminated."
The domain was purchased 1-15-19.
OYO is part of Softbank's vision fund. If indeed they are coming aboard. here, 26 million in debt is nothing but a drop in the hat. The vision fund has upwards of 100 billion in reserves, and eclipses all other VC's.
The vision fund has these in their portfolio :
Uber, Nvidia, ARM, Slack, Wag, OYO, and brandless. Among several others. The vision fund exists almost entirely for disruptive market players.
Fair evaluation and reasoning.
Good luck to you!
I don't think he's entirely wrong, just going about it the wrong way. Here's my honest opinion, and not just for HEXO, but for all of the small-cap weed stocks.
There's 0 chance that federal legalization will pass the Senate... if McConnell even allows it to be brought to the floor for a vote. Pass the house? No problem, but that's the easy hurdle.
I'm just trying to be realistic about it, not a jerk. Every time there's an article about legalization, all of these pot stocks shoot through the roof, only for the progress of legalization to get stopped dead in its tracks.
Regardless, good luck to all.
That's not what the company told me over the weekend.
I was told there is no reverse split.
Actually, this makes sense. The attorney letter in reguards to current information was uploaded to OTCM on the 25th of January.
"They have added several hundred million shares to the OS since then."
When was your last chat with the transfer agent?
200 DMA at .0323
You accidentally added an extra zero.
You have the best username on the platform.
I agree that this consolidation was needed, cooled the 15min RSI a bit.
Weird... My portfolio says +60%
It's the first red day in 12 trading sessions.
Or read it from their most current 8k.
"On October 24, 2018 Jeffrey Canouse resigned from all officer positions with the Company and resigned as Director, and Chairman of the Board. The Company did not have any committees, and therefore Mr. Canouse never served on any committees. Mr. Canouse did not resign as a result of any disagreement with the Company. His resignation letter is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit 10.2."
You could call the company yourself and confirm it if you'd like.
212-508-2140
Also, Canouse no longer has any affiliation with this company. That's been confirmed by several members many times over.
Have you contacted the transfer agent or company to confirm this, or are you just assuming it? At this point, the accusation is baseless.
From your own table, even if you include today, you can see an obvious uptrend in the stock price. It's not uncommon for stocks that have made these kinds of moves to trade the entire float many times over throughout the course of several days.
Using the volume over the course of several trading sessions as an indication of the OS count is a very inaccurate measurement at best. There are stocks that have a 0 trading volume, although having millions of shares available. An individual that flips for one or two points may trade millions worth of volume daily.
It would make perfect sense that it needs to be built away from things.
When lithium batteries overcharge, or in the worst case burn, they release toxic gas. It would be absolutly silly to have a 20MwH battery bank sitting in the middle of a populated area.
The other way? It's up nearly 200% in the last 6 trading days. Lol
I got filled at .0066.
Let's make some money!
I spoke with the CFO the other day. The partnerships will be with OEM phone producers, not Qualcomm itself if they come. However it is Qualcomm that's getting MAXD in touch with those producers.
Why not both? That's what I'm doing.
I had a call with MAXD the other day, gave me great confidence in what I'm holding.
Stop is already off... we're at yield.
Done.
Grabbed a bit over a cool mil today.
Let's see what the coming days and weeks have for us.
No it's not a tax problem at all. That's not what I was saying.
What I was saying that any profit made won't be subjected to taxation. That's all.
Thanks for your riveting rebuttal.
Perhaps you should call the company and have them explain it to you? They were more than receptive to speak with me this evening.
All of their losses (go back through the 10k's) are listed as "Net Operating Loss Carryforward"
They're currently eligible for just over 81 million in carryforward losses for tax reporting.
No different than if you lose money trading, you can carryforward your loses from prior years to offset your gains the following year(s)
All of their losses are carry forward. Which means google settlement, or partnership deal would be tax free income up to 81 million dollars.
Exactly. That's why they would have to have an IOS app, whereas they can run directly on the chip for snapdragon phones.
Which would be the exact reason why they would require a software solution for the iphone.
Snapdragon is running 48% of all smart phones on the market currently.
Because call audio isn't not processed the same in a phone as audio playback from a file. It's processed on the fly as an audio steam. Hardware encoding and processing is far more efficient than software. The ultimate goal would be to install an audio processing ASIC to enable faster and more efficient audio conversion.
Imaginary friends have no place in the real world.
MAXD says they have, and Qualcomm has posted it to their developers site
"Licensing possibilities, automobiles and new relationships
Having taken the challenge, Max Sound’s Blaisure returned to Qualcomm Technologies and demonstrated MAX•D in cellular voice calls on Hexagon. Qualcomm Technologies was impressed by the audio experience not only in voice, but also in music and movies on mobile devices."
https://developer.qualcomm.com/case-study/max-d-complex-hardware-upgrade-becomes-simple-software-upgrade
If they release a working demo of Qualcomm's snapdragon with MAXD technology integrated for audio quality as they have planned, it's game over for anyone not in. 42% of all smart phones run on snapdragon, including the one I'm on right now.
It literally says in the same 10k that there's an existing relationship with Qualcomm.
