IMHO, this shoukd have been a layup (esp w kaufman) and either it still is or they blew the trial size. Kaufman's value to Anavex severely diminished if RS isn’t approved. Fyi, for those who watch or may pay attention to such things, the last 3 trading days have seen a 300 share purchase ver early in pre market trading. 300 share purchases are recognized as an MM signal to take the stock down to get shares. Not always the case but very interesting given the run up and halt around the 10 share price.

Could not agree more regarding some type of M&A activity. Results speak for themselves no matter the bs some post and spew on social media. WS knows the results, knows the opportunity for partnership/M&A, and knows that every share in their hands will multiply selling price exponentially.
