A nice accidental side effect of an announcement like this is now that MJ is legal in a few more states with the election, these flavored non-MJ products will start to get bought by those who want to get rid of VAPE, but still be cool, and take advantage of the benefits of CBD.

I know a few CBD people in my personal life who do "lifestyle" CBD and they can't keep most of it in stock, even selling small quantities.

Sure, they might not sell a million units, but it doesn't take much to make a decent profit and then expand.

THey said that they pay the shareholders when they get an indication of deposit against the dividend, but just like a check, the funds must ‘clear’ from the company before it’s considered settled. The company cancelled the transaction prior to it being settled (like a bad check) and thus all of the payout had to be refunded

They have an open corporate case against this dividend with the company to get to the bottom of why it happened. They said I’d get an alert or phone call if anything comes of it

I know for a fact that there are more than the amount of free trading shares that are listed in this report pre-split

Will be interesting to see how this plays out because there could be way more shares out there than is disclosed and maybe they’ll need to be bought back as a premium.

When they R/S, they will need to account for all of the share owners with FINRA so that the total issued are not exceeding what they need. It could result in a big run up if this is the case!

It honestly doesn't even look like cross trades back and forth to generate the volume. Someone is absorbing these 500k shares... Still looks to me like once there is any sort of basic idea of actual business happening - BOOM - up to .02

Actually one of the things that’s very interesting to me about XRP is that none of us can use the token to conduct business therefore regular holders of the token have to utility just an investment because I personally am buying it to make money and not to use.

Therefore it’s an investment (to me)

There is a fine line with ripple not selling to regular people since we get it from third parties but those that sell don’t use it either.

well, it certainly isn't 7M, but its likely not higher than 20M. In any case, those multiple million volume days - wherever they came from - would be nice to see here again.

The problem is that they are selling tokens as investment instruments (with the expectation of rise of value) and before there are products that can use them (in all cases) - so it fails a couple of key expectations of the Howie test.

Yes that test is old, but it will be good once and for all to get a court to rule on how to interpret some of these new fangled investions

I agree - this traded classical patterns following morning news with the run up and drop back. Many shares were grabbed at the bottom by those holding for the next higher-highs.
