If you register for premium services, such as Investors Hub's Message Board Packages
or ADVFN's Real TIme Market Data or you wish to gift a subscription to another person,
a credit card number as well as contact for a third party recipient, if applicable,
will be collected. It is optional for you to decide whether to provide additional
information beyond these items. Credit card information is never stored on or by
Investors Hub. It is processed entirely by Verisign or other similar third-party
processor via secure transaction.
Special Notification with respect to Children's Privacy (Users under the age of

the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 ("COPPA"), which sets forth
