If you look at Phillip Greer on linkenid it says that he took EKii private and no longer works for them. Why is this stock still trading then?

It already did.....
chevelle ~ How's it going man ? EKII ready to move or what ?
Hey chevelle ~ Could you print off that new Flight schedule I sent you. Some of my flights were changed. Could you make the print a little larger. This old man couldn't even see the #'S. I'M GETTING OLD AND CAN'T SEE ANYMORE ! Thanks TT... The real TT.
no problem Tom........guess it's just a shell now?
Lovely nagor ~ Thanks for the info. TT sends his regards also.

http://sciencelabs.com/search.asp?SortBy=&sadv=&pgID=0
Quite a few new items have been added since I last bought for my kiddies some stuff that they enjoy now, from the classic ants and butterfly farms to a few crystal growth kits.
PS: I understand the company is doing well, but I have 2 agree their total silence is a gross offence to their shareholders.
Mike
Need news bad here fellas . No volume this year yet ?
Agreed. I guess we were typing the same thing, at the same time. LOL!
Mike
ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ. Hope ur right though. Got lots of cheapies.
Check again the web site:
http://sciencelabs.com/default.asp
Two new items added since I last checked it, when I bought recently two items (ants farm @ microscope) for my 5 years old granddaughter.
EKII is alive, and (if nothing else) I see it as a good candidate for a merger, or R/M.
Mike
I have been thinking that this could be a nice reverse merger one day.
Early January, I assume.
Mike
From my DD on it, EKII's time shall come soon, IMO.
Mike
Maybe next year.
Looking @ Ask column, EKII only needs some TLC, and it will move.
Mike
I have had shares for quite awhile, been through a few small runs but not big enough to sell any. When buying comes this thing moves but....
Anyone following EKII? The charr starts looking good & I see it slowly starts closing the initial large gap.
TIA,
Mike
u ever get in contact w/ the company?
I told him about it...but there's some serious dumpers here too.
Monk, please come here and pump this sucker up to .48 !
Super super thin!
If we have another day like we had yesterday, no reason we can't touch .0030 IMHO
Float not even 70 million :)
wow! this thing moves up easy!!
I don't know, but i like it! Now if we can just break .002!
WTF HAPPENED TODAY ?
I see that someone seems to be adding...
Not sure what the hold up is here...I know people get discouraged by the serial dumping.
Sure would be nice to see this one wake up......
Serial Dumper strikes again....I'm going to sit on my chips until the cows come home!!!
This one will definitely run...just a matter of when!!!
Have a great WE
yup, got some at .0006 / .0009 ~ Bflo Bills nothing to be proud about either ! I feel your pain ~
Why are you in such a hurry? This is a project...patience and accumulation will pay off....don't watch it...don't worry about it...just accumulate..IMO.
I was around for the last pop and sold a portion. I should have sold my whole position in hindsight. The only problem I have with your theory is that there hasn't been much volume so who is able to accumulate? Once it drops down to the trips it is brought right back up with a few trades on low volume. Just hoping that this one gets pumped again shortly.
When the time is right people will come....Just keep accumulating!!!
This stock is so thin. I just wish there was more volume and this would be a runner like it has been in the past.

History:
Building off of its 25 year history in the educational products market, and under new management, EKI has been able to reestablish itself as a reliable source for competitively priced quality science educational products.
EKI was founded in California in the late 1970's to enter the educational electronics market, a new and growing marketplace with the advent of home computers, video games and new electronic devices. They developed and began to market electronic kits, software training tools and full courses designed to train students in electronics.
The company flourished well into the 1990's at which point the demand for such products began to decrease. Public schools were no longer receiving funding for electronics courses and schools were not actively seeking electronics teachers. In 2002, a group of investors consisting of the current board of directors purchased a majority interest in the firm. New management was brought in to turn the firm around and explore other sectors in the industry that showed stronger profit potential.
The company moved to Texas, stabilized its operations and by leveraging its customer base, market knowledge and other assets, it began to turn a small profit. The firm began to establish relationships with major science equipment manufacturers, developed distributor arrangements and prepared for the launch of this new division under the name of Sciencelabs.com. Sciencelabs.com was launched on April 1, 2006 at the NSTA (National Science Teachers Association) conference in California. They also launched a website at the same time which is used as its primary online marketing tool at http://www.sciencelabs.com. Based on recent successful initiatives, the company believes it is well positioned to gain market share in this multi-billion dollar market.
The company has a positive cash flow; it was placed into the shell at the of March at which time the shell was clean. A 504 was iniated at the same time.
Management:
Phillip Greer, CPA - President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Greer joined EKI in 2002 to restructure the company, evaluate future opportunities and build a stronger more competitive corporation. Mr. Greer has served as a management consultant and senior executive for diverse companies ranging from start-up to companies with revenues in excess of $100M. Prior to joining EKI, he served as the executive vice president and VP of finance for an organic juice company that grew from $8M in sales to $20M in less than three years.

Electronic Kourseware Experiencing Phenomenal Sales Growth in the 3rd Quarter With a 200% Increase in July Sales Versus Last Year
Friday July 13, 2007 5:00 pm ET
KYLE, TX--(MARKET WIRE)--Jul 13, 2007 -- Electronic Kourseware International (Other OTC:EKII.PK - News), a provider of low-cost science supplies to educational facilities and other institutions, is pleased to report that the company has received additional new orders in July from New York, South Carolina, Texas, Pennsylvania and other areas The company now has received orders during the month of July that result in a 200% increase compared to the previous year.
Commenting on the continued successes in July, Chief Executive Officer, Phillip Greer, stated, "We continue to celebrate the success of our efforts. The reality is that if we have this much of a backlog only halfway through the month, it is inevitable that some of the actual shipments will spill over into August. By any metric, this sales growth is outstanding. In fact, our total orders received through the first half of July is equal to our total 3rd quarter sales volume of last year. That is simply phenomenal growth. Our business model continues to be well received in this multi billion dollar market. We are right on track with our projections of achieving a 300 to 400% increase in 3rd quarter sales over last year and achieving at least a 100% increase in total sales for the full year over 2006."
The Company, through its eCommerce site, www.sciencelabs.com, offers over 18,000 high demand science products that schools cannot live without.
