ya ya ~ M's Den ? Lets see how CDIV does first !
Great pickup on those 8's. I am hearing a group is going to pump this before the EOY.
Got some at .0008 today
okey dokey ~ Will hang tuff
There will be another P&D within the next 3 months IMO. This stock is thin and moves quickly.
Watch & Learn ? There's only one other buy order before .0004 . I think we go back there for awhile unless "big pockets" decide to pump it up. There is no interest in this science project !
They need a PR campaign or some news once in a while!!
Looks like the highest this ever got in the past 3 years is .003 which just happened recenlty. Company is real , why does it trade like a shell ? This should be trading in the pennies at worst ~
Watch and learn. This one needs a little bit more patience but I would bet that there will be another pump in the next 3 months IMO.
This will never move unless the company actually wants it to. Right now its only a few players trying to make money on idiots like me ~ TT
I am locked and loaded awaiting the next run. I just hope it comes before the EOY!
Patience everyone, Patience.....Buy the shares sit on them and watch them grow.
Their URL alone is worth a minimum of $15,000.00

I'm loaded, been loaded for a long time and am waiting on big profits.
What are we waiting for ? Let's HIT that ASK !
Ya, I was just messing around. I do not know why they are not keeping share holders updated but it also makes things much more interesting. I know they are still selling sience equipment, I have called myself and I know the share stucture has not changed (you can see that on how it moves), all I can gues is that they are waiting and building. E$E did some DD last year and talked to Mr. greer and he made some interesting remarks, I don't know off hand where this DD is and don't have time to look rite now but will look for it later.

Employees
On September 30, 2008, we had five full time employees.
$45 BUY ~ Wouldn't exactly call that a barnburner trade. Why doesn't this trade like a normal stock ? Seems like the business is real ! Do we have any recent news of current revunes ? The last news release from the IBOX is from 2007 ! and last update on the O/S is from 2008. Cmon moderator, I'll be your assistant to update this beotch ~
They really don't have an investor page on their home-web site ? Interesting... .002 MATCHES a 104 week high for the past 2 years. No news since 2007 ...
Somebody un_folded! BAAAAAM!
.0009 ~ ACCUM. TIME !! Too bad I missed it !
When you start buying?....We're trying to accumulate but noone is selling.
Bid creeping lower everyday. Someone may start to get nervous and sell under .001 here ~
When does it move?http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=ekii---Not Impressed by the history to many voids
No sir.. I live in CT... but, started following the Chiefs when I was in the service...
Are you from KC monk ?
I could not agree with you more!
I find it very very difficult to believe that Football needs to be as difficult as many of these teams seem to make it.
We need to lean on the Brett Favre Mentality....Drop Back and see who's open.
I am trying to keep my sense of humor about it all, they certainly have been most dissappointing in the last few years. Snyder is just the worst meddler owner with ZERO football knowledge. Aargh!
That's just cold blooded.....
Hail to the Deadskins...

History:
Building off of its 25 year history in the educational products market, and under new management, EKI has been able to reestablish itself as a reliable source for competitively priced quality science educational products.
EKI was founded in California in the late 1970's to enter the educational electronics market, a new and growing marketplace with the advent of home computers, video games and new electronic devices. They developed and began to market electronic kits, software training tools and full courses designed to train students in electronics.
The company flourished well into the 1990's at which point the demand for such products began to decrease. Public schools were no longer receiving funding for electronics courses and schools were not actively seeking electronics teachers. In 2002, a group of investors consisting of the current board of directors purchased a majority interest in the firm. New management was brought in to turn the firm around and explore other sectors in the industry that showed stronger profit potential.
The company moved to Texas, stabilized its operations and by leveraging its customer base, market knowledge and other assets, it began to turn a small profit. The firm began to establish relationships with major science equipment manufacturers, developed distributor arrangements and prepared for the launch of this new division under the name of Sciencelabs.com. Sciencelabs.com was launched on April 1, 2006 at the NSTA (National Science Teachers Association) conference in California. They also launched a website at the same time which is used as its primary online marketing tool at http://www.sciencelabs.com. Based on recent successful initiatives, the company believes it is well positioned to gain market share in this multi-billion dollar market.
The company has a positive cash flow; it was placed into the shell at the of March at which time the shell was clean. A 504 was iniated at the same time.
Management:
Phillip Greer, CPA - President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Greer joined EKI in 2002 to restructure the company, evaluate future opportunities and build a stronger more competitive corporation. Mr. Greer has served as a management consultant and senior executive for diverse companies ranging from start-up to companies with revenues in excess of $100M. Prior to joining EKI, he served as the executive vice president and VP of finance for an organic juice company that grew from $8M in sales to $20M in less than three years.
Mr. Greer has degrees in economics and finance from Howard Payne University and has acquired a CPA certification

Electronic Kourseware Experiencing Phenomenal Sales Growth in the 3rd Quarter With a 200% Increase in July Sales Versus Last Year
Friday July 13, 2007 5:00 pm ET
KYLE, TX--(MARKET WIRE)--Jul 13, 2007 -- Electronic Kourseware International (Other OTC:EKII.PK - News), a provider of low-cost science supplies to educational facilities and other institutions, is pleased to report that the company has received additional new orders in July from New York, South Carolina, Texas, Pennsylvania and other areas The company now has received orders during the month of July that result in a 200% increase compared to the previous year.
Commenting on the continued successes in July, Chief Executive Officer, Phillip Greer, stated, "We continue to celebrate the success of our efforts. The reality is that if we have this much of a backlog only halfway through the month, it is inevitable that some of the actual shipments will spill over into August. By any metric, this sales growth is outstanding. In fact, our total orders received through the first half of July is equal to our total 3rd quarter sales volume of last year. That is simply phenomenal growth. Our business model continues to be well received in this multi billion dollar market. We are right on track with our projections of achieving a 300 to 400% increase in 3rd quarter sales over last year and achieving at least a 100% increase in total sales for the full year over 2006."
The Company, through its eCommerce site, www.sciencelabs.com, offers over 18,000 high demand science products that schools cannot live without. The company is continually adding additional products in its effort to become the one-stop-shop to educational institutions for all their science educational needs and requirements.
EKI/Sciencelabs.com offers an extensive selection of scientific educational tools including glassware, dissection equipment, science kits, live and preserved specimens, educational software and thousands of recommended materials that correlate to leading science textbooks, curriculum and national standards.
