Happy Tuesday, everyone
You say that your a straight shooter?,well first of all, tooting your own horn is suspect, you must know that yes?,and i just read on another board that you posted a newsletter of a pump that is over a year old telling people that they must get out if they had any intelligence, you can't tell me you didn't know it was over a year old,LOL,sounds like your fishing for suckers, pull your line, try another lake Mr. straight shooter, the OTC is dirty enough without your play:(
The reality in otc and the pink sheets. I'm a straight shooter been trading 24 yrs of which 22 of those yrs never joined a chat board untill 2 yrs ago. I found this article hopefully everyone reads and learns.

After reading link remember this when you follow one of these guys who have there own pump boards.
The Pumper
Taubes and other “gurus” are like the stock pumpers in this situation. They build a legion of followers through spreading simplistic misinformation that resonates with people, getting them to buy into it. And all the while, they are making money off of these followers through book sales, talks, etc., just as stock pumpers are making money by selling their stock to the investors who have bought in. Unfortunately, unlike a stock mailer, there is no legally required fine print to warn you that you’re being fed B.S.
Just found this girls post on gofundme and donated $15 as I been through same thing... it was her own risk but eh, ill help ease her learning experience.. help spread the word and lets get her back at a trading desk.

Great post, amazing post.. been in almost identical position.. trade your way from rags to riches, sometimes trading sends you back from riches to rags, but once you learn how to control losses you can maintain the top.
Timing is always key- perfect timing when buying and selling is always best. If you are unable to time it perfectly every time - then buy and sell in multiple transactions up and down is best.
Good idea for a Board Ambassador Capital! .....Penny Stocks have literally brought me from rags (living in car 2011/12) to quitting job, or as i said was 'retiring' lol....traveling and now bought my first home (small condo) cash and reno'd it and furniture and car cash woooooooooooo!
Though the last half of this year has been terrible and many losses, literally almost losing all left over cash and last week went down to $4,800 in Etrade account...(though i have now even overpaid the IRS already for this year cause these losses were so bad and i own some great hard assets now and figured i needed to do this in case market turned against me and it did ouch!) ... still no better market for a common dude, lol, to be able to exponentially grow their money quickly compared to traditional investments.
And i plan on doing it again - woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!
Great minds think alike.
I just came over to the board to post Never give up and there was your post LOL-
You TRY, you FAIL. You TRY, you FAIL.
The only true time you ever FAIL, is when you FAIL to TRY.
Never give up. Never surrender. Fight with everything that you have, then reach down and get a little more.
NO RETREAT / NO SURRENDER.
Have a nice weekend all.

PFHO--Pacific Health Care Organization, Inc., Announces Share Repurchase Program
Pacific Health Care Organization, Inc.
GlobeNewswire
NEWPORT BEACH, California, Nov. 26, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pacific Health Care Organization, Inc., (the "Company") (PFHO), a specialty workers' compensation managed care company providing a range of services primarily to California employers and claims administrators, today announced that its board of directors has approved the repurchase of up to $500,000 of the Company's outstanding common stock. The Company expects the shares of common stock will be repurchased from time to time in either open market or private transactions in accordance with applicable insider trading and other securities laws and regulations at then-prevailing market prices.
The Company is repurchasing shares principally to offset potential dilution to shareholders in connection with possible future equity security grants to Company employees and consultants it wishes to reward for their performance or to provide additional incentive for future employee performance, as well as to enhance the Company's ability to attract and retain employees in the future through grants of equity interests in the Company. The repurchase program will be funded primarily from existing cash balances and working capital.
On November 25, 2014, the Company adopted a 10b5-1 plan (the "Plan") with Alpine Securities Corporation, under which the Company may repurchase its shares at times when the Company might otherwise be precluded from doing so under insider trading laws. This Plan has been established pursuant to, and as part of, the Company's share repurchase program. The timing and extent of repurchases under the Rule 10b5-1 plan are subject to Securities and Exchange Commission regulations as well as certain price, market volume and timing constraints specified in the Plan. The term of the Plan commences on December 1, 2014 and is expected to continue for a period of six months, although the Plan may be modified, suspended or terminated at any time without prior notice.
The Company also announced today that its board of directors approved 12% pay increases for certain company employees and a consultant including its Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. These pay increases will become effective January 1, 2015.

You cannot think with an "expert's mind." You must always be a student, for if you think only with an experts mindset, you will not be open to new possibilities and ways of thinking. No matter how much you learn and grow, you must always keep your beginners mindset.
In the words of my zen masta:
“If your mind is empty, it is always ready for anything, it is open to everything. In the beginner's mind there are many possibilities, but in the expert's mind there are few.”
- Shunryu Suzuki

"You shall no longer take things at second or third hand,
nor look through the eyes of the dead,
nor feed on the spectres in books.
You shall not look through my eyes either,
nor take things from me,
you shall listen to all sides and filter them from yourself.”

MORNING MOTIVATIONAL"Before you speak, listen. Before you write, think. Before you spend, earn. Before you invest, investigate. Before you criticize, wait. Before you pray, forgive. Before you quit, try. Before you retire, save. Before you die, give."
Losing money in the market? Investigate why, then configure how to shorten losses or where there is an opportunity to make back that loss %
Good Luck
If you are a person that believes in praying - I would definitly ask God daily to give you wisdom and blessings as it relates to the stock market.

Lotta times guys are pumping so they can get out.....I used to think there were exceptions to taking profit....but there AREN'T......lol...Remember that the only time you make money is when you Sell............z
Yes I ahve made plenty of mistakes by not taking profit.. You always have to watch out for pumping, it makes you think its going to keep going up, but most of the time gets you trapped
DDAmanda is my secret weapon..lol....nothing else like her anywhere.....z
You have a good tool I see you sharing around ihub- DDAmanda
Agree - often times 'good' stocks go nowhere and 'bloated pigs' zoom off to the moon- lol -
Yeah....when you see 10K on the ask/offer.....watch out. Especially if you see VFIN, VNDM, or CANT on the ask.....those guys are notorious diluters.....And Level 2 is CRUCIAL...you shouldn't even be trading w/o it.......it's all about the tools you use.......z
Yep. L2 is an important tool to have in your back pocket- but like the rest of pennyland it can be used to decieve. My pet peeve is the never ending 10k shares some MM's put on the ask- very irritating.
Sometimes following increased activity is good.....IF you get in early that is.......z
Agree. Following the crowd isn't always the best play. Finding plays before the crowd is always fun$$$$
LOL...yeah....Unbelievable that they let themselves get symbols like that.... ANAS indeed....lol... Bottom Line.....stocks live and die by social pressure.....it really doesn't matter a lot of times how 'Good' a stock is......z
