I hope not as well, but you gotta wonder why the company hasent addressed any of the disappointments in the last month. Somthing doesn't smell right. What happend to the cancelation. Filings take time, but come on, somethings up.

phoned Nickolas.....left a message....he returned my call within 2 minutes.....spoke for about 20 minutes ....restructure was finalized 2 days ago.....he is confident the filings will make it by tuesday....thinks more likely on monday....everything will go at once.
Tons of experience ( my take) ....they are fully aware of the expert market risk......the other details keeping to myself besides he speaks fast and it was kind of a blur....at first he was using bluetooth and was hard to fully understand.....don't take my word on this .....do your own DD
