phoned Nickolas.....left a message....he returned my call within 2 minutes.....spoke for about 20 minutes ....restructure was finalized 2 days ago.....he is confident the filings will make it by tuesday....thinks more likely on monday....everything will go at once.
Tons of experience ( my take) ....they are fully aware of the expert market risk......the other details keeping to myself besides he speaks fast and it was kind of a blur....at first he was using bluetooth and was hard to fully understand.....don't take my word on this .....do your own DD
