Ya know, my first daughter's pediatric doc was in the building. I believe second floor, but that was two decades ago. Also, I worked and lived in Beverly Hills, I ordered food from Perrins all the time.
Knew this issuer would find its fate.

All of a sudden (over the last week or so) their website has many recent updates, new partnerships etc being touted.... maybe there is something stirring? Of course websites are easy, I guess real proof would be getting the filings up to date.
CSDT is severely delinquent in filing their Financials and corporate filing obligations to the SEC. On Feb. 20, 2015 the SEC suspended 7 stocks from the Delinquent SEC Filers list, and it is likely that more delinquent Filers will be suspended.
Since Jan 1st, 2010 the SEC has suspended over 1290 stocks for Financials delinquencies. All of those Suspended stocks had their stock registrations revoked.
Shareholders should contact the company and pressure the Mgmt to file their delinquent Financials because ALL shareholders would be wiped out IF the SEC suspends the stock.
CSDT is on the list of delinquent filers:

Anyone got their CSDT shares?
ticking bomb here ready to blow up.
Somebody thinks CSDT is cheap
ASK jumps to .0145 - Really tight. If they drop a nice Reverse Merger play into this we could have some real upside.
WRONG AGAIN !
Stock is dead....
Nothing like a Section 12(j) of the Exchange Act of '34 to cure all that ails.
still no 8-K. still no 2nd 8-K. still no delinquent 10-K and 10-Q filings.
every day, one step closer to SEC registration revocation.
Not dead. Just sleeping.IMO
This stock surely is dead
Yea! Parilla thinks he works for FINRA now, he set himself the official effective date for the CSDT dividend, problem is, none of it was done legally, it's just his sick and twisted wishful thinking
CSDT
still no 8-K. still no 2nd 8-K. still no delinquent 10-K and 10-Q filings. what a surprise.
lets do this!!!!
~ CSDT = .0129 +.0077 (148.08%)EOD!!
Which Florida statute refers to "Special Share Issuance"?
Also, which Internal Revenue Code covers and specifies the treatment of "Special Share Issuance"?
The issuer is avoiding a dividend, so this is an asset distribution for tax purposes. Lets start looking into the taxable liability by each shareholder to the IRS.
Eeeks.
Why does A**W need to file an S-1? The last audit was for the period ending January 31, 2014. That was 150 days ago. The financials are now stale and need to be audited up to at least the quarterly ending April 30, 2014 to be included in an S-1. Have they started the audit? How long will that take? Once audited and filed, how long will the comment phase take? Any idea on the cost of auditing the first quarter and the filing and comment phase of an S-1?
What if the S-1 takes longer than six months whereby the shareholders can use safe harbor Rule 144 as an exemption to remove the legend? What becomes of the S-1?
How are these shares being distributed? What are the tax consequences to the shareholders? Is it an asset distribution or a dividend?
Inquiring minds want to know.
Yes it will! CSDT
Being filed?
It either is filed or it is not
Not filed so far
Roflmfao
The S-1 being filed is for AFFW
I never said CSDT in my post. Please refrain from posting to me.
So far, the last filing on SEC's EDGAR shows the periodic report for the period ending Sept. 30, 2012. So they are six reporting periods delinquent still. The issuer is delinquent to a point that the SEC can invoke a Section 12(j) proceedings any day now. Which means a revocation of its registration and subsequent "Symbol Not Found" will occur.
What is an S-1 going to do for shareholders? What happens if CSDT files an S-1 today?
No it won't
CSTD
I'm looking for some cheapies very soon here. CSDT will be bouncing hard shortly ;) CSDT
I would say that is an understatement. A bit??
Well, it sounds like bullshit to me.
Do you know when you had to own frtd shares to be eligible for affw shares?
Hmmmmm.... that sounds very similar to what was reportedly "heard" about another FRTD-related company.
Heard AFFW is dropping some type of a Cancer Product in here.
Anyone else hear the same thing? I didn't get any details on what type of Cancer it treats or how far along the product development is, but it sounded pretty exciting. I was told a Doctor would be taking over as the New CEO, and he supposedly had assembled a very High Profile Board of Directors that all had Medical backgrounds. If anyone has been able to get in touch with anyone at AFFW please let me know. I might try buying some at 10-14 Dollars and see if I can get filled
"L2S products or Nasorcap? "
Nope
CEOs band-aid drawer
Sounds like 1-2 more weeks at the most, and they should be current with a New CEO named.
What happened to Farkas?
I was told they're dropping some medical products in here that are ready for immediate sales
L2S products or Nasorcap?
LMFAO!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for the update bingo
Can you provide a link proving he sold it
"Can you give us a link proving he didn't sell them"
See last quarterly at fart
That's my proof
Roflmfao
Clearly he did
Who are you to claim otherwise? Can you give us a link proving he didn't sell them?
"I heard CSDT is almost current now. "
That's like saying Parilla sold 15,000 vaporvites
Which he clearly did not
I was told we'd get the AFFW shares first
and then the CSDT shares. I heard the AFFW shares started being mailed out 2 days ago. The CEO has all the AFFW Certs now from the TA. I called FRTD told me they'd be going out approx 50-70 Certs per day until they're all delivered. I asked how they could legally give one person his cert before someone else, and the answer I got was the shares are restricted until the S-1 becomes Effective, so it doesn't really matter if you get your cert first or last it will still be the same timeline for each person before they become Free Trading. I asked about the S-1, and he said it was up to the SEC, but it appeared it may be all done within 3-4 weeks, and maybe a bit earlier. I was told we'd see something uploaded to the SEC site early next week about the S-1. Sounds like once the AFFW shares are all delivered they'll turn their attention to the CSDT shares. If this all goes as planned we might just get some nice value out of the AFFW and the CSDT shares.
Well,it sounds great.
Still no CSTD shares have been delivered. Anyone know the status?
I heard CSDT is almost current now.
Sounds like 1-2 more weeks at the most, and they should be current with a New CEO named. I was told they're dropping some medical products in here that are ready for immediate sales, so I'm hoping they can ramp this up quickly. If they can get AFFW and CSDT really cranked up myself and a lot of other FRTD shareholders can still make out pretty well. I'm going to start nibbling down here under .02
I agree ,There is no evidence of any significant short position in CSDT,naked or otherwise. The issue is whether they will get current with their filings and emerge with an active business plan .FRTD owners are hoping that that will include consummation of the business agreement between FRTD and CSDT resulting in shares of CSDT for qualifying FRTD shareholders. We will see.

Spectral Molecular Imaging, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cascade Technologies Corp., is a development-stage, medical imaging device company, applying its proprietary hyperspectral-optical imaging technology--originally developed for satellite reconnaissance--to advance the early and accurate diagnoses of cancer and precancerous conditions. SMI is developing non-invasive imaging systems using its patented technology and other proprietary knowhow for improved clinical diagnostics, primarily in the field of cancer pathology. SMI's devices utilize high-resolution imaging, identification, and analysis of certain molecular, cellular, and tissue features via patented spectral-imaging approaches. We expect to provide services related to our primary products, including software modules and maintenance services, and to develop optical diagnostic products that operate in conjunction with surgical and/or evaluation procedures in real time. We believe that our technology will enable early detection and more reliable diagnosis of various diseases, such as melanoma, Barrett's esophagus (a condition caused by chronic acid reflux that can lead to esophageal cancer) and lung cancer. We expect that medical devices using or based on our developed technology can significantly improve long-term patient outcomes and may substantially reduce overall costs for the healthcare system.
