Its ALIVE!!!! Reinstated, CE may come off soon.
Lots of old stuff running lateley...expecting this one will too.
Getting a little attention here today.
Thanks for the info!
Years, Chen never got around to fixing it. He was trying to use court to eliminate old managements shares I think, but he kept pissing of judge by not showing for hearings. He didn't get what he wanted and seems to have gotten out of the business. He was not very professional unlike Lazar
How long has $VIDA been CV?
Somebody's tweeting this.....

LoL, I'd post a screen-shot but I'm pressed for time. At the time of me writing this, look @ the "shout-out" scrolling ticker. It was there....
Thanks!!!
shame this isnt "Phivida"...keep getting their PRs.
Maybe courts "dismissal without prejudice" terminated Chen as custodian. Nevada shows Vidaroo in default again.
Case was dismissed without prejudice. Maybe Chen is taking this in a different direction and someone knows.
nice uptrend in the last days, anyone knows how the court case is going?
Funny how we trade a little when the canadian holder of this ticker symbol post news...
Hard to say, Chen is screwing up so badly.
what should be the next step?
Chen needs a real lawyer, he got dismissed.
It looks lime he isclaimthe preffered shares are not legit. If true i would think court would grant motion. (unless the court is still irritated with him)
It would seem Chen needs court approval to get rid of previous management. I thought this was uncontested. I am guessing this is needed to keep any ghost from popping up later and causing problems
Todays hearing, trying to get preferred share count voided by court?
not sure, was never sure what his last court session result was. He has another in april that i suspect puts it too rest one way or the other.
what's the current status here?
so.... its a waiting game?
Current court status.

Court further noted, Mr. Chen wasn't present today and didn't file an order on February 6, 2019.
