Yea and holding previous gains well
15-12g Rule 12g-4(a)(1) [X] , what this means? is the stock/ticker going to vanish? or is it initiation of RM?
Maybe their "gold from fly ash" scheme didn't work out?
Is this company dead? No filings since summer of last year. Kaput???
$RYMM Ask Slapping Out Of Nowhere Today. On Radar!
More like 99.99%

Reading over some DD of this company. Any info from the board would be helpful.
Interesting.....
Scammers do what they do....it will be interesting to see what their next "story" is.
Don't know.......Filings are Current.....maybe they're gonna do something..........z
What's this group of scammers up to - trying to extract gold from seawater yet?
8KSpy alert on RYMM. They issued 5M shares at .05 a share. Included is a warrant to purchase another share at .10. With the current price at .015.....hmmm........z
Holding solidly and the bid upticked today to .035 with 30k on the bid.
True but overall we're doing OK here the last few days.
RYMM +6%,+36% Wed, +83% Tues +198% midday Monday.
Thanks for the information
RYMM is different from what? They are a scam company, with a convicted felon as a "metallurgist" (Gunnison). They have ties to two other well-known scams (Ireland and Searchlight). RYMM claims to be able to extract gold from coal ashes, which is an obvious scam which only the most gullible would fall for.
I don't know anything about Lafarge, but if they have fallen for the "gold in fly ash" concept, they will end up regretting their association with RYMM.
RYMM a little different. 60% insider held. Insider financed with debt convertible at .05 plus a warrant for a share at .10. Not sure that this company (below) would sign a letter of intent with RYMM and provide them with no-cost research facilities and personnel in exchange for future royalties unless there was some promise.

True. I think that most people know that with Penny Stocks. There is a reason why they trade on these lower exchanges and that is because many of them are scams, dilute like crazy and usually put out relentless fluff PR's. With that said, people trade penny stocks and don't/shouldn't hold them long term.
Only 90%? More like 98%. I am not sure why anybody would want to participate in a scam.
90% of all penny stocks are scams. You play them and not invest in them.
Yeah, but it's a scam. You wouldn't want to help promote a scam, would you?
That may be but the pps is rising nicely the last couple days.
RYMM, a broke and washed-up con-game. These guys claim to have found gold in coal ash, one of the last places a geologist would expect to find any gold. It is a scam, pure and simple, and one that needs to be shut down for good.
I'm really liking this one. Thinly traded but lot of potential based on that 8k
8K out today contains good information, this is great for Royal Mines. Partnership!

That could very well be what happened, but announcing they are doing an investigation as though they are a regulatory agency is misleading. They can no more "investigate" than you or I.
I saw several of these firms come out of the woodwork for HMN* in the last couple months after that firm announced a buyout was in the works. Same wording in their PRs, always something about abuse of fiduciary powers......
Unless the security firm was actually stupid enough to invest in this scam.
I have seen these news releases before where a New York based securities firm announces they are investigating an OTC stock for potential breaches of fiduciary duties. A private firm has no regulatory authority, so what does this really mean?
Somebody really should investigate RYMM, like the SEC or FBI, but an investigation by a securities firm is meaningless.
