I agree with most of what you have said. His lifestyle and the financial support required to maintain it (and those of his countless offspring) is grand. His "supporters" have recklessly and blindly been doing so through private placements etc. for many years. Pillaged either knowingly or innocently, it is really irrelevant at this point.

I am not being absent or vague; if you would please re-read my post of January 30th it does give you all the answers you need. He 'used' his investors. JGS is a good talker - his next company is always the ONE that is going to make everyone millions, yet try to get paid for your services rendered, its almost impossible.

I am so sorry that so many people became swindled out of their money, but I do believe he has used up almost all the people that he can take money from, I said 'take' because find an investor who has MADE money from any of his great companies in the last 20+ years!....that are not immediate family or co-conspirators.

These companies do have money----in the honeymoon stage, but they are bled dry fairly fast.

I am not misleading anyone, I stumbled upon this message board and I tried to give as much information to let you know there is no MONEY he has used it all up in lifestyle!

It's unfortunate that you have been absent from the board HTK. I for one, was extremely interested in your experiences. If you no longer wish to be forthcoming, or assist others with your obviously intimate knowledge of this man, I understand. We have all witnessed his sociopathic wrath on the innocent.

Perhaps you would offer one last nugget? In this post referenced, you infer the existence of a lifestyle unsupported by published income,and that you "bet" I may figure things out. Can you be a bit more specific. I have a feeling it may be the "key" that some of us have been waiting for. One he is arrogantly "betting" we never get our hands on.

Your help would be greatly appreciated, as it may shorten the trip. But from what I hear, the train is on the track, and definately gaining speed.

A while ago i think JGS Sr duped a bunch of WLSA shareholder into believing it had a future as a private company . Since any of the worth while assets of WLSA were " sold " to JGS Jr .I am curious to see what story Sr gave to the shareholders of the private WLSA?
RH , did you get stung in a private placement or stock ownership ? Or were you one of the " lucky " ones he gave an LOI to ? I would assume he owes you money or you are stuck with worthless stock ?

HTK, our responses to your posts are similar. All hoping that you would bring to the surface something further of interest. Your experiences are valuable to all concerned, as we clearly have a common goal. To right the indignities perpetrated by a sadistic sociopath.

We are not dellusional HTK, we realize this may or may not include the return of funds lost. More importantly, no one here expects that from you. Maybe I am speaking for myself, but there is strength in numbers. Each of us may posess a "key" to open different doors that for others may still be locked. Would it not be worth the effort to explore that? To meet or converse privately? Maybe you are resigned to the assumption that it is futile. I am not of that opinion and never will be. I believe that for many reasons I do not wish to discuss on this board, but suffice to say, there is always hope.

P.S. back to the due diligence comment, after working on these projects I later found out that he was moving companies to various places in Canada for and taking tax payer money and when I questioned him about that and what is was doing was illegal - he was never going to hire the first employee - this goes on and on......he said that by the time the time limit or commitment was due that Canadian Government will have forgotten all about it.

And the story continues.....

Point taken , and i don't think anyone is under the illusion that they will be getting thier money back . But justice still looms in many people's minds .

Have some faith HTK. Our system may differ greatly from yours, but good does prevail over evil, at least in Sherwood Forest! You sell yourself short. I am dealing with a man that for the last 25 years has used my SS Number because I am from the United States and he is desperate for a Green Card - believe it or not - so I have dealt with JGS, his wife, his driver's (horse) and trainers using my SS Number to do all sorts of things, my ongoing nightmare with this subject in never ending, on this subject the arrogance of JGS is I am doing nothing illegal and the United States cannot touch me so bring on the IRS!

HTK, you have forgotten on major piece of the puzzle that is the scam. Yes, CW has willingly facilitated his thievery for over 30 years and benefited along side him. But he is not the only Simmonds in this game, as documented in the countless posts on these boards. Debt settlements from one Simmonds to another through Gamecorp (Dealnet). How convenient. Private placements etc. Countless false Press Releases. He taught his babies well.

For all those who lost their investment(s) in any venture with JGS the money is gone. My previous post sort of laid it all out...it takes a tremendous amount of cash to live his lifestyle in the horse racing world. This new venture with Vertility...really...how do you go from Wireless Age go some new found knowledge what this company now professes in wanting to accomplish.....just follow this company and they will also follow the same paths as Track Power, Gate to Wire, Newlook Industries, InterAmerican Gaming, Game Corp Eiger Technologies etc., etc., If these were really operating companies ask yourself this.....why is the Corporate Secretary to ALL of these companies always Carrie Weiler? They are shell companies....address is always at the same street address in King City, Ontario. What is going on at Vertility one may ask? How can WLSA be revoked and re-emerge as Vertility?...answer...shell game.
I am not being cryptic it is just that one must realize the money does not go back into the corporations.....it goes for his Lifestyle!

Let me put this another way....Look at all the companies JGS claims to be the CEO of.....what he claims to draw in compensation.....his life style.....his hobby....horse racing.....claiming horses.....and what do you do at a race track....I'll 'bet' you can figure this one out. This hobby takes a large volume of cash to juggle...horses...trainers....drivers.....boarding...... These corporations of JGS and his team have created one of the largest smoke and mirror games that has lasted longer than I thought possible, I thought by now he would be on a version of American Greed - Canadian Style! These companies and there will be a few more before it is over...though maybe not...maybe enough investors have been scammed that he will have no on left to play the game.

John Simmonds - It would be impossible to be a CEO of 'how many companies does he possess to be in charge of'? He has run a shell game forever and yes I know him very well, but in the process now I stay as far away from him as possible - He is not a honorable man and does business is a way that I am now sure how is has not been caught. Several years ago I did diligence for him on a few companies - he scams everybody in the process even his government on tax scams when buying companies - I have seen it all. You will never recoup your money unless JGS gains a conscience.

Accountability is not his thing .

He will never step up and explain , for two reasons . And i bet you have a pretty good idea what they are .

I have struggled with the same thought . How will markets recover when they are based on trust ? Certainly not making any steps forward with Mr Simmonds . Sad part is he is not the only one . The Pinks are stuffed with these sociopath liars looking to ply their " financial trickery"

I do not hold the key to what happened. I would simply like people that were in certain official positions and had knowledge of what occurred to come forward and expose this situation. Trust in management's actions and guidance is the basis for an individuals ability to plan and build their status and well-being. What would happen if all corporate managers took the course that WLSA's management did ? There would be no faith and ultimately no capital markets for people to identify their future with.
