I bought a lot of Cannazall...
around Christmas time, then it vanished.I have been trying other brands. Nice to see it is part of this new gig again.Innovative Outcomes, inc,is a wholly owned subsidiary of UBQU software, I hope I will get my 40% off Cannazall renewed for the snafu. The Halloween costume is hopefully headed to the cleaners......If it flies straight ,so will I.... LFG!
Time for a...... https://www.bing.com/videos/riverview/relatedvideo?&q=time+for+a+cool+change+little+river+band&&mid=06D2BDC3A2395CD8D11806D2BDC3A2395CD8D118&&FORM=VRDGAR
Cannazall was a wholly owned subsidiary of UBQU but no where on the cannazall website was there an acknowledgment of this relationship. If you click investor relations on the innovative outcomes website, the company acknowledges the relationship upfront. This is step in the right direction. No siphoning profits. No hidden agendas. Full transparency. If IO gets exposure, so does UBQU. I really think Ballas should step down and let Lamb be in the driver seat as Lamb appears to have a better business acumen. Ballas was only in it for himself, he never had the shareholders interest at heart.

It's pretty apparent that the billions of shares that were issued to the loan lenders, never really went towards reducing debt. This said, where are these billions of shares? I doubt that us shareholders have them.
Ballas should be able to reduce the OS without too much ttouble, as I think he (or his friends) are in control of them.

Talk is cheap. The stock price will do the hard proof talk. The stock is cheap if they are doing everything legit.
The minute that you get harder proof then you already are seeing now, the stock price won't be here any longer.
That's my stance. If JB shows something to the contrary, then he truly would be foolish in the wake of things that are supposedly happening. Eyes wide open.
More of JB telling you to get your yacht shoes picked out?
I will tell what has changed.
Kevin is now talking directly with shareholders with his tweets. He is now specifically tying UBQU with IO which seemed he didn't do at the beginning. He wants the price of the stock to go up as much as anyone else does. Now that he has IO directly tied to UBQU, he has a vested interest of a higher stock price. This the first time that JB has had a legitimate businessman calling the shots on a UBQU company. It's my believe that Kevin will keep things on a rightful track regardless of what has been said about his past. It is Kevin that is leading the company to be a major force now, not JB. Since that means something to a lot of people.
Officially the merger happened in the latest quarter. We will see all pertinent information laid out in the next quarterly by legality. If not, we have a legitimate gripe. I don't think they will chance that if they are doing what they say they are doing about growing a mega company.
Looking at their office space, we can see the legitimacy of a company unlike the inside of a bedroom of JB's residence.
Lastly, I am getting communications from JB and the Director of Marketing & Business Development. No insider information, just reiterations of public information that they are doing what they say they are doing. Stay tuned as you watch the ask size drop and we start getting a bid. I am convinced this is different this time.
My hope is that JB whispered something into his ear finally. My actual belief is the same as yours though. Right now its the same story with a new face. We need hard proof.
Scratch, 2 days ago you were intentionally trying to hold down the bid and were lamenting on the terrible operation. Today its turning around. Its as if you have not been around here for years and seen the games being played. We get no transparency and never have had any transparency. The only time we ever get any info is on the defense, JB fills the tank with all the big plans and feel good words, the problem is its a septic tank. The deal has been done, why not provide what the hell the deal was??? Why do we have to wait to see quarter report to know what is happening? Why so little transparency? Usually those that hide things are doing so because the truth is bad.
Agreed and I finally see it. I bought here at the same level before its run to trip 8 or .0008. This will be much higher
I see it. You are going to see more of that in the days ahead. Only $7k now to get rid of the 1's on the ask. The tide is changing. Buying 1's will be a thing of the past at some point.

For Those Who Bought Over 1 Million Shares ....
What's Up With Dat ? What's Up With Dat ? What's Up With Dat ?
I bought 7 mm this morning and it hasn’t showed up in the trade blotter yet?
I agree that there is a lot of unanswered questions. That is why I am waiting until the quarterly comes out in July. I believe they will reveal everything.
For the first time, Kevin is starting to get more personal with the shareholders like never before. It has the feel that things are turning around. The stock losing the ask size and us seeing a bid will be the next baby step. As of today, less than $8k could achieve that.
Maybe you are right. IO and/or the money people are buying into the company. If so, that would be convincing to me and the markets.
I'd like to understand the motivation, for a successful $5M company, to affiliate itself with a sub penny pinky with no bid.
Is this a way for IO to go public via reverse merger? If so, IO should be buying into UBQU.
Perhaps they did and the result was the debt elimination.
Too much secret squirrel stuff going on, which is more in line with a private company. A publicly traded company needs to disclose and be transparent.

Let's all wait until July when the quarterly comes out. Hopefully it will answer all of our questions. At that time we can see what needs to be asked then. Tweets are good, but official news is better.
I am going to give JB the benefit of the doubt for now. With any luck, we will see that IO turns out to be as good as they are saying it is.
James, how much longer are we going to have to wait for the "good things" that come to those that wait?
Also, when you answer that question, how about letting us know how you went about removing the $700k in debt from the books, when the company had no cash or revenues. We know from years of experience (financial disclosures), that stock issuances for loans, never actually reduced the debt owed (at least that's the way you treated them in the past).
Let's see a tweet responding to these Q's...things that really matter.

WHAT'S UP W DAT ? WHAT'S UP W DAT ? WHAT'S UP W DAT ? WHAT'S UP W DAT ?
I'm sorry that our bar is so low now that we have to stretch looking for good signs.
What is a good sign and really the only sign is seeing a stock with a bid other than zero. That really is the lowest bar we should be setting our sights on.
Everything else is just a hope and a dream. In other words, just static. Including my own comments out of pure frustration.
That's always a good sign!
Sorry the best he has to offer is 6 fluff tweets in a row followed by radio silence til he figures out another plan to screw new suc.. i mean investors in.
My eyes get blurry trying to count the number of zeros to the right of the decimal point. Looks like 5 so 0.000001 equates to $1 per million shares (and that is w/o any trade fees)
That is why retail shareholders are whining and not selling. If ubqu wants us all gone, they need to make worthwhile.
And 160-character tweets ain't doing it for me.
They have done nothing for the shareholders through the years. Everything was only for their own pockets. All news released is only about the future. Some friends and I,a couple of futures ago... put 70k down on this merry -go- round and some (Magic Man) has made every dollar disappear..We've been searching....High and Low, like Milli Vanilli ? ...So professional.....
Insidious... The Latin word for “ambush” (insidiae), which is fitting, as this word often carries the meanings “deceitful,” “stealthy,” or harmful in an imperceptible fashion.

I am sorry that your mind is too simplistic to understand the big picture. If you understood what they did to us and are currently doing to us, then you would see a low ask size would do us no good. In fact, it would enable them to continue doing what they have been doing for years. That is enticing buyers to buy while the company sells into it. We have to break that chain and change their ways or at least go down with a fight.
Unfortunately the damage is already done. There is only one thing they can do to help the share price and having a low ask size is not it. But, for now, not increasing the outstanding shares is imperative and lowering the O/S would be the game changer.
For now, they are trying to entice us with the miracle that revenues will be going through the roof. Let's see how that looks in July. Especially the bottom line.
This stock is garbage and will never move, unless they will do share buyback - we know this will never happen with this crook management
