Based on volume changes, PPS over the past few weeks, A/D showing signs of a positive position, the time for some sort of news is possible based on this uptrend in current values presented.

From .028 to at least a 50% gain is my estimation. PPS .04+ is very possible given a volume increase during trading hours and of course more trades!

PRRY.0189 was very close to being my next Spot Light Pick, long-term-play.

If it weren't for Enrique not returning my call, thus learning quite a bit more about PRRY, it could have moved closer too that spot, but no-go!

Nonetheless this one I like short-term.

We set up a time for a call, both agreed, it didn't happen.

The Company has completed its' initial studies on PetroLuxus and has begun to market the product. Mr. Enrique Salinas accepted the position of VP - Marketing - PetroLuxus as of January 1 of this year. Web Safety was off it's 52wk low last week, a solid bounce from .01 to .0147 now .025.

52-Wk Range.01 - 1.70

Shares Out approx. 74 million

Accumulation/Distribution starting to show signs too include momentum above the neutral line. A/D line bottomed out at -1.12mil on the 21st now a upward turn with Momentum at 111.11 above the 100 line, too include bounce off .01

I believe there is room for quite a few product like this too be successful. The first round too $1.70 was no doubt early hype, sizzle for something new.

So even at .025 I believe there is room up to .05cents and maybe more.

The further we get into more users on the road texting, the more young lives are lost through texting [approx. 15 to 20] a day. The more I see a program coming forward whereas one day you won't be able to buy a cell phone without anti-texting software.

One can also imagine there are patents out there with 1st mover companies. WebSafety might be in the right place at the right time.

Also, you can tell the way it trades no dilution is taking place. It doesn't mean however dilution may not take place at a later date.

My idea in regards to short-term-plays is that you can buy, set a sell price [most definitely] at the same time, then walk away from it.

Most of my short term plays will be a serious bounce off the 52wk bottom, with A/D at or showing positive signs, along with other short bits of DD, [product/service/rumors/news/fundamentals] that I feel will more this short term pick higher.
