Been away for a while and decided to look at DTII.
As expected still in the .03's.
But wait don't despair, I see DTII in little as 10 YEARS as high as .10!!! WOW!!
Of course DTII will have executed 2 reverse splits in those 10 years to reach that price.
Nothing.
Come on now let's show some love for DTII let's keep the positive energy alive. Believe and focus that this stock is on the rise to greatness don't we have enough hate in the world.
Looks like "his buddies" are broke. Wonder why...
Load up Mose just told all his buddies to buy because contracts will be signed soon .🤑👍
$DTII The scanner they are using is not Passive Portal, however it had a major issue in 2023.
DALLAS - The company that brought new weapons detection scanners to the State Fair of Texas is standing by its equipment in the wake of the shooting last weekend.
This is the first year ‘Opengate’ scanners have been used at fair entrances. State fair officials now say the gunman did not have a license to carry, so it’s still unclear how he brought a gun in.
Dubbed ‘revolutionary,’ state fair officials showed off new Opengate scanners ahead of this year’s opening.
Unlike a traditional metal detector, it works by ignoring things like phones or keys. It’s designed specifically to detect weapons.
But what’s still unclear is whether 22-year-old Cameron Turner walked through one when he entered the fair Saturday. Police say he shot and injured three people in the food court area.

This was in my original post: The Texas State Fair’s pedestrian entry gates have a new layout this year, using a switchback queueing system that leads all guests through weapon detectors. In addition, the security screening process will be video recorded at every entrance.
The State Fair of Texas is using the same weapons detection system as last year. The technology, CEIA OPENGATE, is used at several other local entertainment venues, including the American Airlines Center, Fair Park’s Dos Equis Pavilion and the Toyota Music Factory.
So are you saying they use DTII or is that wishful thinking ?
$DTII The State Fair of Texas’ 2024 security
The State Fair of Texas’ 2024 security measures include a ban on firearms and large bags, a redesigned entry system and age-restricted admission at night.
Here’s a guide to the Texas State Fair’s safety policies this year, in the wake of a 2023 food court shooting that left three injured.
Texas State Fair security
The State Fair of Texas works with a variety of local and national law enforcement agencies to develop its security plan, according to organizers.
Both uniformed and plainclothes officers will be present at the fair, as well as civilian security teams that include retired Dallas Police Department officers. Fair officials would not provide the number of personnel or training specifics, citing security reasons.
This year, there will be a 24/7 State Fair Command Center acting as the central hub for operational communications, event oversight and incident notification, tracking and resolution. It is led by the recently retired former director of Dallas’ Office of Emergency Management.

$DTII Defense Technologies International Corp.: Conclusion of Assessments of the Passive Portal(TM) by NUSTL
https://www.newsfilecorp.com/release/221814
Del Mar, California--(Newsfile Corp. - September 3, 2024) - Defense Technologies International Corp. (OTC Pink: DTII) (the Company) and Passive Security Scan Inc. (PSSI - the Subsidiary); innovative providers of security technology and systems with broad and diverse applications, are pleased to announce the conclusion of assessments of the Passive Portal system by NUSTL for their SAVER program.
The Company is pleased to announce the completion of assessments of the Passive Portal by the National Urban Security Technology Laboratory - NUSTL, who manages the System Assessment and Validation for Emergency Responders - SAVER and provides information on commercially available equipment to assist response organizations in equipment selection and procurement. Further, the company's Technical Advisor, Rick Fluck, attended the weeklong SAVER assessment and gives the following observations of the assessment of the Passive Portal:
Rick Fluck reports: "The enhanced Passive Portal's filtering and sensing capabilities, as reported in the Company's last news release, greatly improved the operation of our passive sensors and Passive Portal as a whole. In my observations of the over 500 operational scenario scans during the SAVER assessment, the Passive Portal operated without skipping a beat. These operational scenarios included screening operations in electrically noisy environments to outdoor screening on uneven pavement and in lumpy grassy areas, which simulated the various secure locations where weapons detection is utilized for public safety. The Passive Portal proved that it could handle all these operational scenarios and more, and as the inventor of the passive scanning technology, I am very pleased with Passive Portal's performance. Passive Portal's lightweight portability, strong aluminum construction and the ability to choose either AC or DC power operation, proved to me how quickly and easily it is to deploy the Passive Portal for these various operational scenarios. In summary, the Passive Portal outperformed even my high expectations."
As reported in our last news release, clients using the Passive Portal will be able to download the updated firmware and software with a link provided by the Company through our various client channels, which will include detailed instructions on how to easily update their Passive Portal products. The update only takes a few seconds to install on the Passive Portal.
"I am very pleased to hear about the results observed by our Technical Advisor during the assessment of the Passive Portal at the TSL Test Center in Atlantic City." Eric Forrest, President Passive Security Scan Inc.
UH-OH!!
Another meaningless PR put out today.
Indicates more shares are to be issued soon!!!!!
Rick Fluck is on the DTII management team for Passiive security Scan.
What he states is meaningless, just part of the SCAM.

Cash is $171 (LOL), current assets down ($27,546), current liabilities up $416,166, Stockholders equity down $442,712, no sales in the 4th quarter.
Is it possible the 100,010 shares issued on 8/9/2024 were issued to pay the auditors so they can continue with the audited statements? Maybe they stopped until they were paid.
Oh, by the way no one was impressed by the filing--NO TRADES TODAY.

Today is the 5th day past the extension deadline for filing the financial filings and 20 days past the official due date.
Maybe DTII just found out they actually have to pay the Accountants.
But maybe good news. Total assets may have ballooned to $10k from $ 7.9k (1/31/2024).
LOL.
That OS is tiny and insignificant to even give it any thought. Talk to us when it's in the billions LoL

What is the SAFETY Act?
The Support Anti-terrorism by Fostering Effective Technologies Act of 2002 (SAFETY Act) was enacted as Title VIII, Subtitle G of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 and codified at 6 United States Code (U.S.C.) 441-444. The purpose of the Act is to ensure that the threat of liability does not deter potential manufacturers or Sellers of anti-terrorism technologies from developing and commercializing technologies that could save lives. The Act creates certain liability limitations for "claims arising out of, relating to, or resulting from an act of terrorism" where qualified anti-terrorism technologies have been deployed.
What can we expect: The SAFETY Act is intended to provide critical incentives for the development and deployment of anti-terrorism technologies by providing liability protections for Sellers of "qualified anti-terrorism technologies." Passive Portal Final field test August 19/20th, 2024.
Our aim is to ensure the possessors of such anti-terrorism technologies are not deterred by the threat of liability from developing and commercializing products and technologies that could save lives in the event of a terrorist attack.

What is the Purpose of the Passive Portal Final field test on August 19/20th, 2024.
Approved Technologies
The Department of Homeland Security, Office of SAFETY Act Implementation attempts to complete these reviews in 21 days or less. When the review is completed, you will receive a letter inviting you to take part in a teleconference with the evaluation staff to discuss the merits of your Technology for SAFETY Act protections, and to discuss what will be necessary to provide an administratively complete application.
Certifications
For Certification, a technology must have demonstrated confidence of continued effectiveness: i.e., it will perform as intended, conform to the seller’s specifications, and is safe for use as intended. In addition to the benefits provided under Designation, Certification allows Sellers of antiterrorism technologies to assert the Government Contractor Defense that immunizes Sellers from liability for claims arising from acts of terrorism. Technologies that receive Certification will be also placed on an Approved Products List for Homeland Security. Designation is a prerequisite for Certification.
Designations
For Designation as a Qualified Anti-Terrorism Technology (QATT), a technology must demonstrate effectiveness during operational testing or through prior use. Designation provides limited liability for third-party claims arising out of the deployment of the QATT with respect to an "Act of Terrorism." The maximum liability is determined by DHS, and the Seller is required to maintain liability insurance at that level. Other protections include immunity from punitive damages. A full Designation normally lasts for 5 years and can be renewed. Any technology deployed during its period of Designation is protected for the lifetime of its deployment.
The SAFETY Act provides two levels of liability protections for approval: Designation and Certification. By obtaining either Designation or Certification, companies obtain a level of legal protection in case their technology is ever put to use during a terrorist attack. See below for a list of approved technology certifications.

When is this delinquent pink-limited POS gonna file?
$DTII said,
One more day of testing then the contract signings begin !
Lol OK if you say so.
Testing should be completed next week then all the contracts should be signed by the following week so September we should possibly see on the very conservative low end 10.00 a share .
What does this mean?
Your going to have to think a little harder and don't school me on DTII I have been here way longer than yourself I know full well what we have here !🤑💰
Lots of delinquent garbage too. Not about OTC.
This stock is on the OTC lots of very successful companies thrive in this exchange. Bayer comes to mind it is costly to be in a big exchange and that money can be better spent elsewhere.
Well the one or two or three investors should care.
They better file by tomorrow because:
"At the end of the 15-day Grace Period, if the required disclosure is not available, the security will move to the Expert Market for unsolicited quoting only, unless OTC Markets Group determines another exception under Rule 15c2-11 applies, such as the Large Company/ADTV exception. "
Oh well, I doubt anybody cares.
$DTII has spent years driving away investors by MASSIVELY DILUTING their shares thru self-enriching share-dumps & multiple reverse-splits.
The single insider who's been posting here forever should know better.
They are already are as stated on OTC website for DTII:
Delinquent SEC Reporting
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/DTII/overview
They definitely should.
Really, how much time is allowed?
Yep.
The extended date is tomorrow.
They are complicated, probaly had about 15 bookkeeping entries for the quarter if that many. LOL!

Their patented Passive Scanning Technology™, (US Patent 7408461), non-invasively detects weapons by reading subtle changes in the Earth’s magnetic field.
Traditional metal detectors are "active-sensing". Meaning, they emit potentially harmful radiation that may cause damage to our bodies with prolonged or frequent exposure. Instead of using x-rays or other forms of emissions, the sensors inside in the Passive Portal™ read variations in the Earth’s magnetic field and alert users when firearms, knives, and other weapons are present during screening.
Defense Technologies International brings products to market in the areas of personal and collateral protection by creating technology that is unique in design and operation. The company, through its subsidiary Passive Security Scan Inc., developed the Passive Portal™, a walk-through weapons detector. The company plans to develop further products for the security industry that will change the face of their respective industries. The company's primary product has application in addressing the serious issue of school security and safety.
Passive Security Scan Inc. was formed to bring our Passive Scanning Technology™ and our Passive Portal™ weapons detection system to the market, and to improve public safety with a system specifically designed for public and private schools, sports arenas, and other public venues. The Passive Scanning Technology™ was developed in 2005 and has been continually improved upon with the newest technological advances. The Passive Portal™ gateway is our newest model ready for production and for the market.
Passive Security Scan Inc. is managed by a group of seasoned professionals with years of experience in their respective field of knowledge. It is the Company’s short and medium term goal to continue to seek out and appoint additional exceptional professionals to the Team.

DTI's products encourage adoption of our cutting-edge technologies by providing functional and budgetary viability. Our goal is to maintain a company where research and creativity are nurtured, leading to a prosperous future for the company and high value for our shareholders and our customers.
Its subsidiary, Passive Security Scan Inc. brings products to market in the areas of people and property protection.
Passive Security Scan Inc. will succeed in the markets of personal and collateral protection by creating technology that is unique in design and operation.
Over the last five years there has been a marked increase in violent crime at elementary, secondary and university school levels. The National Crime Victimization Survey reported “students ages 12-18 were victims of about 1.5 million nonfatal crimes while they were at school.”
According to the National Center for Education Statistics, from 2006-2008, there were nearly 2,000 homicides, 1,500 suicides and 50 violent deaths of children ages 5-18 at schools. These statistics come from reported incidents; there are any number of crimes that go unreported. Passive Security Scan can positively impact these numbers. Passive Security Scan can give students, teachers and staff members a safer, more secure learning environment, without the worry of extended daily radiation exposure.
In addition, the ‘Passive Security Scan’ is adaptable to most public venues including, but not limited to:
Government Buildings, VA Hospitals, Sports Stadiums, Night Clubs, Commercial Yards and Depots, and not least, Airports.
Passive Scanning Technology™ is a zero-emission technology. Simply put, this means there is no potential for cancer and other inherent health risks associated with ionizing radiation.
At only 28 lbs, the Passive Portal™ is so light that it can easily be moved by a single operator; a design that makes it easy to transport, store or install outside at a football game or other events.
Their extensive, in-house testing shows a near 99% threat detection accuracy.
Colored LEDs and an audible alarm clearly alert security and staff members. The Passive Portal™ can be configured to verbally locate potential threats.
At less than 2 inches thick, the Passive Portal™ features a non-intimidating, new-age appearance, unlike that of standard metal detectors.
Because this new technology uses very little power, it can run on its built-in batteries for approximately 12 hours of operation, or when connected to a 110/220-volt power outlet, the system can be operated under AC power with its included power supply.
The Passive Portal™ can scan up to 1200 people per hour. This is 3 seconds per scan! With Bluetooth connection to the optional interactive tablet, the potential threat is approximated to a specific area of the body- dramatically speeding the threat assessment process.
Even with all of these clear advantages, the Passive Portal is significantly more affordable than standard metal detector alternatives.
