Could any of the Board Members provide a good website for Real-time Quotes on IQST?
I'm not glad it dropped from the 0.24 PPS but I do appreciate the opportunity to purchase more.
The fact that they are getting into the Fintech space gave me the confidence to purchase another 50,000 shares.
Hey Everybody,
I'm a Newbie & I just want to say that it's good to be on an IHUB board that doesn't have a bunch 'Negative Nellies' posting on it.

This company is REAL. There is big money behind this company & they are backed by the mining technology of one of the largest Bitcoin Mining companies (Genesis Mining). Imagine what the price does once they have 4 or 5 mining camps up & running. & Mining is not going to be the end of this Blockchain Buster.
Do you have a link to the PR?
PSXP is the Master Limited Partnership (MLP) of PSX. Basically, its a subsidiary of PSX. Forming a MLP is a strategic way of growing a business by selling de-risked assets to your subsidiary & getting extremely great tax breaks.
Perform DD on MLPs and that will provide a clear difference (advantages & disadvantages) of owning each.
Personally - I own both but feel that the MLP will perform better due to the type of assets that are being 'Dropped down' from PSX.
PSXP can't do poorly as long as PSX does well.
Think of PSXP as the 'little brother' that's well protected & taken care of by the 'big brother' but the little brother pay$ (literally) the big brother back handsomely.
With the New North American Oil Boom - Both should do well in the Midstream arena for years to come. The more oil that is found & produced, the more money these two will earn.
These are well run companies with Management that is very 'Wall Street' conscious.
PLUG could really use an experienced Spokesperson.
Andy sounds unsure of himself when asked difficult questions.
If you're telling the 'Truth' then you don't have to worry about 'Tough' questions.
* Ballard has Contract with Volkswagen; PLUG has contract with Ballard -> PLUG has contract with Volkswagen *

I agree with you whole heartly but I would also like to share a different view I have on this acquisition:
Maybe the acquistition was done not so much to diversify from Ballard but to simply add to Ballard's production of Fuel Cells.
Perhaps based on the future projections, they'll need everything that Ballard can produce plus MORE ...
The last thing they'll need if enough BIG orders come in would be dependent on a single source supplier to control their rate of producing GenDrives.
Remember: PLUG is an Integrator. They integrate the Fuel Cell + Lithium-Ion battery + Forklift to produce a successful final product.
If any one component is short then the process fails.

Quick 'Thanks' for sharing with the Newbie on 'How to Trade a Stock for Profit'.
Although everyone don't have the 'Talent' to do so, at least they now realize it can be done with some success.
That's the type of Sharing we need on this Board to help each other out.
I too hold a core position at all times along with long term options but I also 'play with' trading shares. I watch the MACD & SAR technicals to provide guidance in making trading decisions.
I also use Trailing stops to 'lock' in profits or at least reduce the losses. Many say don't use Stops. To that, I say 'OK'.
Good Advice isn't always understood when it's given but it at least gives a person enough information to go study & learn.
Thanks again. It's appreciated.

Look Out California. Here Comes Nevada!
Since 2010, Nevada has invested $5.5 billion in clean energy, creating a renewable energy boom that includes the state's first utility-scale wind farm, according to a new report by the Clean Energy Project NV.
Clean energy investment in Nevada has accelerated rapidly in the past five years, leveraging national resources and the support and leadership of local, state and federal officials. Thanks to Nevada's widespread leadership and support for the clean energy economic sector, Nevada ranks sixth in the United States in installed solar capacity, representing an investment of more than $2.3 billion. As the sunniest state in the nation, Nevada has unlimited potential to expand its use of clean energy even further, creating more new jobs and drive the state's economy.
Nevada's renewable energy boom is catching the attention of the industry as several national energy industry events gravitate to the area, including the American Wind Energy Association, the Geothermal Energy Association, the National Clean Energy Summit and the Solar Energy Industries Association.
"Las Vegas and Nevada are leading the way on deploying clean renewable energy. These technologies are creating thousands of jobs, and they are strengthening our state's electricity supply," said U.S. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid during a press conference at the "Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas" sign, which has been solar-powered since January. "But, there is more we must do. From providing predictable and fair tax incentives that level the playing field, to quickly approving permits for projects on public lands, we can help clean energy grow in Nevada and nationwide."

Times are Changing - Could be a Game Changer
Net Metering - Consumers Selling Energy to Utilities
The Vermont Legislature has voted to increase the state's solar net metering cap from 4 percent of a utility's peak load to 15 percent. The bill, HB 702, is headed to the governor's desk for signature.
According to the State of Vermont Department of Public Service, net metering is one of the state's most successful renewable energy programs and delivers benefits to utilities, the grid and ratepayers.
Net metering allows customers with on-site solar to use clean solar energy they generate themselves, and then receive full retail credit for any surplus electricity sent back to the grid, which utilities can then sell to neighboring homes and businesses.
The CEO of Green Mountain Energy, which serves the majority of Vermont customers, has expressed the opinion that Vermont should have no cap at all.
"I think having a cap is a huge problem," CEO Mary Powell told a Vermont newspaper. "We should figure out how to adapt to this new future that is here and what our customers want."
HB 702, which will nearly quadruple Vermont's net metering cap, is expected within two weeks.
Awesome! - Thanks for sharing. Excellent DD.
I couldn't help but notice the following Big 'Oil' - I Mean 'Energy' Companies:
Exxon
Shell
BP
Then I see Two Huge Car Companies
Toyota & Ford. We already know about Honda, Daimer & Hyundai
Next I see two of the largest H2 distributors in the World:
Air Liquide (supplies H2 to PLUG and many others) & Linde (supplies H2 to the largest audience in Europe).
I don't even know where Siemens fits in but the Landing page of their website is full of New Clean Energy articles.
Ready - Fire - Aim!
Camcorp1
Build it & they will come. Once the Fuel Cell Cars hit the streets (starting in California for America) in masses and $$ Billions are being made by the companies building the H2 fueling stations and supplying the H2 - then the others will quickly get in the game.
Take a look @ Europe and you'll see that the Evolution has already begun there on a large scale.
U.S. Mainstream media is 'bought & sold' to keep this a secret.
It'll be like the Solar panel rush a couple of years ago. At first there were only a few companies providing Expensive solar panels but today ... every Tom, Dick & Harry is trying to get in the solar panel installation business.
This is like investing in AOL when the Internet was first released to General Public. Can you remember the phrase 'You've Got Mail'?
"You've Got mail" is what we heard But the founders & investors in AOL heard "Cha Ching! Cha Ching!".
I caught the end of that one & still did well.
I'm NOT missing this one. We are in the first inning of a 9 inning game. We're in the game & we got some Heavy Hitters on deck. Heavy Hitters like Governments, Toyota, Honda, Hyundai, etc.
Don't think for a moment that Big Oil is NOT aware of the evolution that's taking place (note: I work for 'Big Oil').
If you notice, the 'Oil' companies are now call themselves 'Energy' companies. Energy does NOT have to come from Oil & Gas.
At first, they'll bash Renewable energy (solar & wind) being used to produce the H2 for the fuel cells because they want World to use Natural Gas to produce bulk hydrogen. They'll tell you how 'Expensive' Renewable energy is and how inefficient the process of producing hydrogen is. That's why the Government subsidies are in place. They are simply 'priming the pump'. H2 will Flow & Flow plentiful in just a few years.
They'll explain how America is reducing CO2 because Nat Gas is much cleaner than coal and oil. If they an sell that thought then that will give them a few more years to make money at the pump.
By the time that fades, they'll be on board the H2 train with new Clean Energy divisions & spin offs. They called them MLPs these day. MLP = Master Limited Partnership. Google that term & see how they start new companies & capitalize on moving assets into the MLP for nickels on the dollars & then take the TAX write Off!
BP, Exxon & the others will not just go away. They'll get involved with the idea of Taking over & doing it better. They have the financial resources to Buy Out these companies whenever they're ready.
Camcorp1
In my opinion ... HYGS is up because the Big Boys on Wall Street have had time to load their accounts with Shares & have now decided to go long.
Fundamentally strong stocks will rise if they're hindered by Wall Street Cronies with spreading FUD and manipulating options. The good thing about HYGS right now is there are no OPTIONs and a large majority of the shares are in the strong hands of their partners.
The other part of the float is hopefully being locked up by strong hands of Retail folks like people on this board & a few mutual funds who are knowledgeable enough to hold.
Great Companies with low floats, low Multiples (much lower than PLUG & Ballard), great management, great products, revenue, lowering overhead costs, did I mention low float, ... will sooner or later be recognized & rewarded by the Street.
Let's just hope the Cronies have indeed left the 'Fuel Cell Bubble' Lie alone. It's not a Bubble. We know that. But even if They know the truth ...their manipulative ways is Simply part of the Wall Street game especially when they got left out on the original rise of the stock.
It will rise for sure once they announce Profitable earnings, the Fuel Cell cars hit the road & the media starts to report 'How Great Fuel Cells are'.
Truth be told ... this board knows more about the Hydrogen Tsunami that's on the way than the Pundits on CNBC & 97% (if not more) of the general population of America.
I start conversations with very intelligent folks about hydrogen on purpose to see what their conversation sounds like. Most don't have a clue. When I ramble on about Power-to-Gas & converting Solar to H2 to store for generating electricity later, the usual response is 'Really?'
It's coming - so hold your shares and wait to make some money. I know some people swing trade & that's fine as long as you realize that 'Buy & Hold' will work just as well in this stock.
You'll earn a little more (if you're good / lucky at swing trading) but it's a lot less stressful to simply pay attention to what phase the stock is in & Load up when it's in Phase 4 (brief declines due to profit taking) & Phase 1 (consolidation). For every share sold there will be an anxious buyer (namely ME) if I have available funds and I am proactively raising funds by any means necessary (I'm going to miss that Movada watch - Naah!).
Good Luck to all & Be careful out there ...
Wall Street is a Mean Neighborhood.
Camcorp1
Thanks. Me too. I feel much better.
Now I'd realllly like to see that Stage 2 get under way!
* Four Phases of a Fundamentally Strong Stock *
Phase 1 -> Consolidation(Sideways in a Range (18 to 21))
Phase 2 -> Stock Rises(From 18 to 34-35 Range)
Phase 3 -> Stock Peaks(Didn't last long due to FUD - Andy Left)
Phase 4 -> Stock Drops(From 34 to 25) - Prolonged due to Cramer & CNBC FUD
Process Repeats but from a different starting point.
Phase 1 -> Consolidation (Sideways in a Higher Range (25 to 27)
Phase 2 -> Stock Rises (From 27 (higher low) to XX (Higher High))
How to win the game? Catch the beginning of phase of Phase 2 and wide the wave!
I believe we're in the later part of a new Phase 1.
I am using this time to purchase shares & prepare for the Next Phase 2.
Support for the Stock appears to be around $24.00 per share so I see the Upside Reward of a XX Higher High is much greater than a Downside Risk of less then $24.00.
Enough of this Technical Mess ... Lets talk Fundamentals:
This stock has a low float, great products, top-notch management, soon to be profitable, smart scientists, Power-to-Gas technolgy, A Hungry World Market, Support from Most Global Governments, Strong Intellectual Property, Strong Margins, Reduced Debt, did I mention low float, Billion $$$ Partners, Billion $$$ customers (Air Liquide & Linde -the Biggest Hydrogen Distributors in World, Build fuel cells, Data Storage for Huge Telecommunication companies (Commscope), produce H2 fueling stations, have a long pipeline of contracts, still got that Black Curtain Deal, has proven technology, contracts with largest Utility in world, did I mention a low float, low multiple compared to it's peers (PLUG, Ballard & FCEL), Analyst estimates of $40 to $45, excellent Board of director, doesn't have options to allow Wall Street manipulation, did I mention low float and Most folks on Wall Street & the general public don't know about the company yet.
US investors won't know until Hydrogenics announces Profitability & the Big Hydrogen Fueling Station Contract in California and utilities like P&GE start banging on their door for the Power-to-Gas technology.
For some reason ... Most people won't know about Fuel Cells until Hyundai, Honda & Toyota announce the Fuel Cell Car. Even after that happens ... most still won't understand the technology & this includes the Cronies from CNBC!
I'm patiently waiting until the cat is out of the bag. In the meantime .... I'm loading up on cheap shares.
Apologies for the rant but I just had to get that out.
Man - I hope I'm right.

New to the Board - Not the Company
Please don't fool yourselves in believing that PLUG or Ballard have anything on Hydrogenics. I'm invested in all 3 but feel best about HYGS.
The whole Fuel Cell business centers around hydrogen. Take your time & spell Hydrogenics slowly.
This is the company that starts the whole 'Hydrogen' Food chain. Through their patented electrolysis processes, they are producing Pure Hydrogen that's being sold to Air Liquide, Linde & others.
Imagine a world of Hydrogen Buses, cars, trains, etc. & this is the company that will be providing the Fuel. What the heck will Exxon, Shell, ConocoPhillips, etc. be selling if the world of transportation is pumping hydrogen?
I know they will NOT be the only company producing & selling hydrogen but they will definitely be the 'Exxon, Shell & ConocoPhillips' of the new the Hydrogen Evolution.
They sell the Pumping Stations, the Fuel Cells, the Electrolysers, the Hydrogen, and the IP (when the time is right)!
This is all NOTHING when you compare it to their Power-to-Gas technology. That's the real game changer. Now they have the technology to sell to the Biggest Utility companies in the World!
I believe in this company so much that I have a 20% Trailing Stop (simply because I don't trust Wall Street). My normal Trailing stop never exceeds 5%.
I hold it in My Roth, My Regular IRA, My Trading Account. Hell, I sold a Movado watch that I never wear to buy shares just last week. Give a little time & I can buy two Movados if I desire - but I won't.
All of the above & the fact that there are very few shares outstanding, they are soon to be profitable and have one really knowledgeable & serious Management staff & Board - this one is & will be the One Hundred Pound Gorilla in the room (with two big brothers to back it up).
As their slogan says ....
'Shift Power | Energize the World'
We're Ready'
And for you techies out there ... Take a look at the perfect 'W' pattern that was formed followed by a mid day reversal today.

Plug Power & Honda
Increasing the number of convenient hydrogen refueling options is one of the last remaining hurdles to widespread adoption of fuel cell vehicles. Honda took a proactive approach to this challenge, and our research and development in this area is ongoing.

It's a plug power & HONDA Deal !!
The Deal will be with Honda for their Hydrogen Refueling Stations and Experimental Home Energy Stations around the world?
I found the article below:
In addition to a solar cell-powered hydrogen refueling station, Honda is operating an experimental Home Energy Station that generates hydrogen from natural gas for use in fuel cell vehicles while supplying electricity and hot water to the home as part of its ongoing research into development of hydrogen production and supply systems for a hydrogen-based society of the future.

Best .12% Day I've Ever Had
I bought in the Pre-market. Set Trailing Stops. Remove the Trailing Stops. Bought Shares. Bought options at the Opening. Bought options in the middle of the day. Bought BLDP in the middle of the Day. Sold some losers (not PLUG or BLDP) and ended up with .12% for the day.
Not Twelve Percent but Twelve Hundredths of One(1) Percent.

"Glad to see a lawsuit might be pending. Of course Left said its worth $.50 per share when he has such a huge short interest in PLUG. Why else would he elude to false earning, weak performance and past information to formulate his view.
This guy should go down the same way someone goes to jail for yelling fire in a theater. He caused a panic sell off that had no bases but to line his pockets.

I agree with everything you said except the last line. I think it should be "Take THEM to Task".
He did not do this by himself. He's a Pun in the Full scheme of things. Take a look at the segment again & notice that the Blonde was Smart enough to Not say too much. She was scared! The little Big Ear Guy is trying to move up at CNBC so he was egging him on.

It's a True battle of Bulls & Bears.

The Big Boys are Locked & Loaded
They've already set themselves up with new April 19th Call Options all the way up to $22.00.
The Best way for them to play catch up now is to make more options available so they can use the power of Leverage to make 100% + on each share that they already bought in the 'Black Hole' for 5 cents per share.
The current ask on these new options is ONE DIME per Contract.
And by the way ... There are plenty of Open Interests.
Imagine That!
That means they are selling PLUG to you (Mr. Retail) for Ten cent per share if you agree to buy in 100 share blocks.
Don't get too excited ... it won't be a dime but for 1 second after the Market opens.
They will already made 400 to 500% for each share they've Stolen!
