well... the former CFO - James Parker was fired and then has made some allegations against CEO Adam Bierman. It seems very unlikely to me that what the fired CFO - who was there for 18 months - says is true.

James Parker's claims include - he was “confronted with an environment replete with racial, homophobic and misogynistic epithets and slurs, drug and alcohol abuse, personal humiliation occasioned by the words and deeds of the CEO and President of the company,“ ....

Bierman is married to a latina woman and the co founder of Medmen is openly gay. I think the most telling part of that quotes is "...personal humiliation occasioned by the words and deeds of the CEO and President of the company".. that sounds like a bruised ego to me.

I think the upside potential is HUGE for Medmen and that is why i own shares in MMNFF.

This company a very talent team of executives with a lot of exeperience.

How will share count be reduced any time soon? Aurora can buy back shares and retire them but that can not happen anytime in the forseeable future because they dont have the money to do it. in my opinion, the stock price is waaaayyyyy ahead of the real earnings potential needed to justify current market cap approaching 10 billion dollars US ($10,000,000,000). It would take years of substantial earnings growth and declining operations cost to justify share price now.

So many variables at play and many many smart ppl and companies in this sector that it is impossible to know what Aurora will look like in a year or two. there are many vertically integrated companies coming online - the competition is increasing. if the US federally legalizes cannabis then i'm not sure Aurora will win. of course they will have had several years head start but the competition for US and European companies will be fierce. Nonetheless - cannabis is the most exciting sector to be invested in right now.

This is currently my favorite cannabis holding. I expect a nice share price rise quarter after quarter of revenue reporting. Imagine what happens when cannabis becomes legal nation wide in the USA. This company is a multistate operation with managament in place to pounce on expansion opportunities - especially with bank financing opportunites that will emerge.

This all smells too much like the Aphria shake out that occurred not too long ago... Stock sunk quickly below $5.00 per share after the short attack then recovered to over $10.00 per share....now in the $9's.

MedMen is not going away. Some corporate yahoo's may be gone soon but the number of retail operations will not decrease.... only increasing along with end of this year's (and beyond) revenues...and quickly!
