(OTC PINK:XLIT) (the “Company” or “XLI”) and BOSCH Technologies, LLC (“BTL”) have agreed to a mutual release and cancellation of their exclusive distribution and marketing rights agreement (the “Agreement") for the Caribbean Islands.
Per the cancellation of this Agreement, XLI Technologies, Inc. is released and held harmless of all past, current and future liability and responsibility regarding all business for the Caribbean Islands: this encompasses 121 countries including US Virgin Islands, Barbados, Bonaire, the Cayman Islands, Saint Croix, the Bahamas, Hispaniola, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, Dominica, Montserrat, Saba, Saint Kitts, Saint Lucia, Saint Thomas, Saint John, Tortola, Grenada, Saint Vincent, Guadeloupe, Martinique, and Trinidad & Tobago exclusively under the rights and terms of the said exclusive distribution agreement. BTL will release back to XLI 4.7 million shares of series C preferred stock.

XLIT announced that the Company recently engaged the services of investment banking firm Carter, Terry & Company ("Carter Terry") to assist in raising new capital. As a result, the Company has closed a funding agreement for $250,000 with an individual accredited investor. XLIT announced it has provided customized printed LightSheet films to InmartGroup, Ltd. ("InmartGroup"), a Detroit-area full service marketing company. The customized printed LightSheet films from this purchase order by InmartGroup were designed to meet the hood specifications of a 2016 Chevrolet Camaro. The test was conducted utilizing a Sekonic Corporation 401-479 LiteMaster Pro L-478DR Photographic Light Meter (considered the best and most accurate light measuring devices on the market), on two separate Printed LightSheets. XLIT revealed a 'turn-key' advertising revenue program that utilizes its 2' x 3' Printed LightSheet. XLIT sets up advertising sales placement for every location sold.
