XLIT - I did extensive research on this one in private.
I tracked down that Bankruptcy filing done by James Schramm
Apparently, despite his glowing bio about himself, business was not all that great for James Schramm because on January 20, 2015 he filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in the Central District Court of Los Angeles Case# 2:15bk10800RN
We know this is the same James Schramm because his phone number used in the Bankruptcy Filing (310-871-4046), is the same number used by XLI Technologies Inc on Edgar:
The case ended up being dismissed 2 weeks later on February 4, 2015 because of failure to file information.
In the Bankruptcy filing, Schramm claimed less than $50,000 in Assets and over $100,000 in debt owed to Neugarten Enterprises Inc dba Mirror Image, Arcivew Entertainment, Medical Payment Data, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Time Warner Cable, Wilshire Crescent Properties, Beverly Hills Tennis Club Inc, and the City of Los Angeles.
James Schramm failed to disclose his Bankruptcy petition in the SC14F1 filing for the change of control.
James Schramm's obvious financial troubles could help explain his willingness to get involved with the seasoned penny stock pump&dump crew that controlled all the free trading stock in the MYXY/XLIT shell.
