4 years later and no change.
I'm still waiting to be allowed to trade the shares given to me as dividends when I stupidly bought in and lost a bundle because I thought "yah dividends." I know, me stupid. Live and learn.
02opida... Yeah your right FPPL has had only 1 reverse split, but WYSK has had 5... And if their connected like I believe beyond a doubt that they are im not keeping my money in either one of these scam stocks! Neither one of them will return my emails or phone calls!
Look at how many times they change names…

They both have the same “Glossary of Terms” and “Contact Us” on their websites, they both have the same Officers (Daniel Moar) I mean the similarities are undeniable. Like I said earlier I clicked on First Petroleum’s email link and it came up with info@wysak.com

Wysak's business strategy is focused on the exploration, acquisition, and expansion of low-risk projects with significant resource potential in the Powder River Basin.
In addition to the 4 Powder River Basin property leases, Wysak has one in the Bighorn Basin region and another in the Green River Basin. Numerous large petroleum and exploration firms operate nearby all these properties; they include Williams Gas, ExxonMobile and Duke Energy among others.
Powder River Basin
This Basin has an estimated at 31.8 trillion cubic feet of natural gas. Nearly 100 wells are being drilled each week, and estimates for a fully developed basin are at nearly 100,000 wells. This is the largest onshore natural gas play in North America within the last ten years.

Gas & Oil
Wysak Inc. continues to explore and evaluate fossil fuel properties through North America. Only those properties with the greatest possibility of success are considered for development by the company. Presently, four land parcels have been selected for further exploration; these are located in the State of Wyoming.
Coal Bed Methane Leases
Wysak Petroleum has two Coal Bed Methane (natural gas) leases located on the eastern side of the Powder River Basin. This region has an estimated 40 trillion cubic feet of Coal Bed Methane. Numerous large petroleum exploration and development companies conduct operations in this basin area, they include firms such as Devon Energy, Williams and Western Gas.
Coal Bed Methane in Wyoming
Presently, over thirteen thousand wells are producing over 26,000,000 thousand cubic feet (Mcf) of coal bed methane in the state

of Wyoming. Nearly all this activity is in the Powder River Basin area. Reserves in the Powder Basin are estimated at over 40 trillion cubic feet, the equivalent of a year's consumption for the entire U.S. Nearly 100 wells are being drilled each week, and the gas companies say the entire 8 million-acre basin could have 50,000 to 100,000 producing wells before they are finished. Much of this CBM is located less than five thousand feet deep. This play is the largest onshore development for natural gas in North America within the last ten years.
Oil & Gas Leases
Wysak secured its first two federal government leases in western Wyoming. Both leases are located in active, oil and natural gas rich basins. The first 600-acre lease is centered in the Green River Basin region. This is one of the most active fossil fuel areas in the state of Wyoming. Major exploration and development firms operate all around Wysak's Green River lease. Operators include Exxon Mobile, Duke Energy, and Williams Gas.
The second lease is found in the northern section of Wyoming, in the Bighorn River Basin. The Bighorn Lease is a 776-acre land parcel nestled along the western edge of the Basin.
About Wyoming Oil & Gas
At the beginning of 2002, Wyoming ranked second in the United States in proved reserves of natural gas and seventh in proved reserves of crude oil. Collectively over 26,000 wells produced 54.7 million barrels of oil and 1.75 trillion cubic feet of natural gas in 2002. Proved reserves of natural gas were at an all time high of 18.4 trillion cubic feet, while proved reserves of crude oil were 489 million barrels.
Just a little "heads up", in case anyone reads this thread still. WYSK appears to have bottomed and maybe even turned around. Some hope for those still holding the stock and possibly a good buy point for anyone looking for bottom reversal bounces.
Read your link. I'm not getting that spam but everytime I buy the stock I lose money. I hold 50 restricted shares that I can't sell that were paid to me as dividends. Plus 4000 shares that I just bought at .11. I had bought at .75 and sold at .62 awhile back. Right now the stock is at its lowest point. Consider I've heard no bad news about this company other than the Kennedy law suit I find it hard to believe the stock is falling rather than rising.
I also wonder who are they buying the leases from in Wyoming. Those people selling them don't have the capital to harvest the oil themselves?
Do a google for Wysk. Nothing reported bad about them at all prior to this spam thing. This spam might have nothing to do with the company itself at all. It might be as much of a patsy as the ones who get pulled in.
spam forum here...fwiw
http://forum.spamcop.net/forums/lofiversion/index.php/t3955.html
I just know it dropped from .65 to .06 and I searched the internet for bad news on them and simply can't find them. I check for issue of bonds or warrants and can't find those either. I do know they own those windmills by Martha's vineyard and are being sued by the Kennedy's to not place them on that property.
SOMEONE IS OBVIOUSLY TRYING TO UNLOAD THIS...I GET MORE SPAM EVERY DAY..IF THE IDIOTS WHO SEND THEM BOTHERED TO READ THER DAMN THING..IT'S CLEAR THEY ARE PUMPIN A DYING POS (LOOK AT THE DAILY PPS..LOL)...
What spam? Check the dates of the posts their weeks sometimes months apart.
I'm curious why WYSK with so much good news and no bad news fell so far?
It is a shame that nobody reads this forum much less posts to it.
When are these stock going to be valued above 0 that they paid out in the dividend? ie. when is the "restriction" lifted off of them?
Where is my dividend payout?
I sold my stock on the 14th I still should've gotten my dividend payout on the 18th.
Scottrade, my broker, says I'm due a payout but they haven't paid out yet. If the pay out date is the 18th how come they haven't paid out yet?
What is going on with this company?
First they post that they are issueing 5% dividends on February 11th and now the stock has fallen from .82, when I bought in, to .56. What was that some con to get people to buy the stock up as they sold out?
I guess their windmill park in Seattle washington or their oil fields in wisconsin aint paying off.
Looking for good small caps. Thats a curious point you made Joseph66. This stock has been bouncing around a bit over the last few months on no real newsreleases. Its been flat with little volume the last 6 weeks, maybe a consolidation level for a move up on forthcoming developments. I'll be watching this guy also.
Something is going on with this company. Wysak has been quiet for the last few months after a nice run up to $1.60.I'm not sure why it ran up like that only to fall back nearly $1, but I bet something is in the works that should have happened last fall. I'm watching this one.
