| Dr. Marco Fiorello Chief Scientist & Operations Analyst Dr. Fiorello is a senior scientist with 30 years of practical experience in project management, decision support system design and implementation, operations research analysis for military and commercial applications, cost-benefit and risk analyses, and research and development of advanced alternative energy technologies for industrial, municipal and hazardous waste conversion and remediation. His has a lifetime interest in thermodynamic analyses of energy conversion processes for efficient and clean energy technologies, including geothermal energy conversion and advanced technology waste to energy systems. He is currently working on the application of plasma gasification technology, in mobile and fixed site configurations, to process municipal, industrial and military hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams in a cost-effective and environmentally sound manner. He past employment includes the RAND Corp, Logistics Management Institute, Fiorello and Shaw Associates, Titan Systems, SAIC and Sullivan International Group. He is currently the Chief Scientist for Vision Plasma Systems, Inc., where he is providing applied science oversight to the design and manufacture of the Arc Master I and its associated management control system. Dr. Fiorello holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Production Management, a MBA, and a PhD in Operations Research and Information Science, all from the University of California, Berkeley. He has taught at UC Berkeley, UCLA, George Washington University and National University. Dr. Alan Tompkins Physicist & Plasma Engineering A theoretical physicist, aeronautical engineer, and entrepreneur who has spent many years as a senior program/project manager within the military/industrial complex. For 10 years he was an engineering test pilot for high-altitude research, reconnaissance and fighter aircraft, corporate level consultant to American and European aircraft and aerospace suppliers and manufacturers, senior aeronautical consultant to various ministries and departments of defense worldwide. For 25 years he was actively involved in military and commercial technology transfer projects throughout Asia. While residing in Asia, he attended Seoul National University and Kansai Technical University where in 1963 he obtained his doctoral degree. He has managed Industrial Offset Credit financed projects related to aerospace technology transfers with values in excess of US$1 billion. For the last 18 years he has been actively involved in the development and promotion of plasma-based waste-to-energy systems to help solve the world's waste problems. Dr. Tompkins is 81 years old, married, and semi-retired in Mt Juliet, Tennessee. Dr. Tompkins technical contributions to Vision Plasma Systems, Inc are significant and include his many patents on plasma-based waste-to-energy designs, associated energy utilization efficiency modeling and subsystem interface control designs. Additionally Dr Tompkins supports the company's Arc Master I project management, design and associated proposal efforts. Dr. Tompkins holds various degrees including his Ph.D in Physics from Seoul National University and a Sc.D in Aeronautical Engineering from Kansai Technical University. Dr. George E.
