dont believe so. really dont know who penson is. I did learn some interesting things talking to the transfer agent. New rules now that the DTC is in control, especially when it comes to things like r/s.

For anyone who cares: Talked to Melinda today at Interwest Transfer. Was told THEY settled with the DTC ( new rules ) on the 11th, and with the brokers on the 18th. Why we havent received our shares is BS. Call your broker. They can verify this with Melinda at 1-801-272-9294.....

I bought 1 share, like I did with SWNE. paid 9.99 commish, plus .012, total $10....will get 100 shares at 73 times close. not bad.

It will depend on your broker...

but you may see your shares change tomorrow.

Some brokers will keep it under the same ticker but you won't be able to trade... until the reorg departments OK or Transfer agent gives share..etc...

some will say VMGGXZ...

some will let you trade and have new symbol...
