Well they did go to the otcbb from the pinks and many of these guys NEVER ever do that. So it may not be that bad after all. I got my shares and am holding.

its not a bad company...

but I can see your point. The only thing is, most companies reverse split in order to raise the share price. I'm expecting it to go up. They wouldn't do this without a really good reason otherwise.

Well the company has WAY to many shares outstanding. If they wanted a better value they could retire a couple billion. Really no need to have that many insider shares when the float is small. No one will buy shares at these levels with there being a chance of a few billion shares hitting the float.imo


There actual market cap is waaaaaaay too high. With an O/S that big we should literally be a .000 in my opinion. Just with the float being small is the only reason it stayed in the pennies.

Well its a R/S and a round up. So just keep 1 share and you will get 100. They used that to sell shares imo. Before this the float was small. Now it seems much much larger. Maybe it was the accounting co that was dumping?

well...the reverse split means they think the stock is undervalued. As far as the reverse split it looks like they might be making room for more shares. Its a risk...yeah...but based on the customers VMGG has, they cant be wrong. IMO VMGG has potential.

I think 50 bucks is possible or more. Shoot to me free money is free money. Plus the crap is fun. But this price has to go up to make it worth it. It shouldnt be a problem with the float so low but I saw a S-8 for 18 mil for services rendered so you know those cats dont want to get caught in a R/S. Wonder if they are restricted?

Yeah but these pennies you never know. Look at MVBY with 1.6 million in revenues with a 67 million O/S and it went to 3 bucks.lol Anything can happen these days. Well VMGG's story isnt as good or anything but Im sure they can be in the upper pennies and peeps can make lunch money. Would be nice if it were a 500 roundup and the O/S was half the size.

According to the Pre14C, you only need one share:

Roundup. 1-73. Any fractional share will be rounded up to the third whole integer in such a manner that every shareholder shall own at least 100 shares as a result of the Reverse Split.

Wonder how many will jump in on this one? As many as SWNE? VMGG does have revenues over 1 million and are reporting so that make it better. They did yank their accountants and hired new ones. They just put a filing out on that.

Cant stand when L2 is all jacked up though. Hope it doesnt take weeks for that to be corrected. Some stocks start trading fine and sometimes L2 is practically blank for 4-6 weeks.

I'm thinking on it. Esp under .02. Might as well front load a little. I wouldnt buy tons and tons but 50-100k might be alright. Hopefully some PR's will come and people will buy based on those too.

1 or 100 should do but since its so cheap most will get 100. But if you absolutely want to be on the safe side you can buy 101.lol I do just in case. Just wait til the DEF14 comes out, you will see a bunch of trades going through. And just wait til the daily list, you will see hundreds of trades flying through.

Dont know what that was about selling at .012. Unless that person got a bunch of .007's and just cleared out the rest of them after selling at .02's the other day. The first day this was mentioned as a roundup I believe we hit .03 so it should move up easily but now MM's are taking advantage of the L2 being jacked up since VMGG moving to the OTCBB. Have to buy at .019 and sell at .012. But the ask was .03 the other day when buying pressure came.



Well got lots of time with this one and once the word get s out tons of buying will come in and we will be at .04's easy, if the float stays the same.

This one might not actually be that bad for a round up considering the new O/S and float. The float will be approximately 87k and having 100 shares of that aint too bad.

They need to retire some shares before the R/S and reduce that A/S to 100 Mil or so. Dont know what they were thinking.... Just called the DE SOS and the A/S is still 3.5 Bil.

MATERIAL TERMS OF THE REVERSE SPLIT

The Board has unanimously adopted and the consenting stockholder has approved a resolution, attached as Exhibit A hereto, to effect a one-for-seventy three (1:73) reverse stock split of the Common Stock of Veracity (the "Reverse Split"). The resulting share ownership interest including resulting fractional shares for each individual shareholder shall be rounded up to the third whole integer in such a manner that every shareholder shall own at least 100 shares as a result of the Reverse Split. The Board and the consenting stockholder believe that the Reverse Split is in Veracity's best interests, principally because it will enable Veracity to issue additional shares in connection with raising capital and/or potential business acquisitions related to its ongoing efforts to acquire additional operating business.

The immediate effect of the Reverse Split will be to reduce the total number of shares of Veracity common stock from approximately 2,692,670,338 shares to approximately 36,885,895 shares issued and outstanding.

The Reverse Split will affect all of the holders of Veracity's common stock uniformly and will not materially affect any stockholder's percentage ownership interest in Veracity or proportionate voting power, except for insignificant changes that will result from the rounding of fractional shares.

The Reverse Split is expected to become effective on or about September _, 2007 (the "Effective Date"). The Reverse Split will take place on the Effective Date without any action on the part of the holders of Veracity's common stock and without regard to current certificates representing shares of any class of Veracity common stock being physically surrendered for certificates representing the number of shares of Veracity common stock each stockholder is entitled to receive as a result of the Reverse Split. New certificates of Veracity common stock will be issued.

No fractional shares will be issued in connection with the Reverse Split. Any fractional share will be rounded up to the third whole integer in such a manner that every shareholder shall own at least 100 shares as a result of the Reverse Split.

Well I found them from doing some research on CTTJ. I emailed the company and think I got the CEO or the retired one and he forwarded my email to someone else and they never got back to me. That was a few months ago. But heck going from the pinks to the OTCBB is a big step most pinks dont make. Or they usually lie about trying to go....
