Of course it´s true and i´m sad about it. Without the 700k shares i would try to sell smart at ask.
I just wanted to know if he plans a reverse split. I have mailed him many times.
In December it was possible to answer this question, suddenly he doesn´t answer this question anymore.
Old management planned a 1 for 20 reverse split, you see it in the inactive filing. This question was important for me because it seems old management is still involved.
I held strong since 9 months, but i don´t understand why it´s not possible to answer with "there is no split planned".

HOUSTON, Dec. 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Liberty Energy Corp. (OTCQB: LBYE) ("Liberty" or "the Company") an independent oil and gas company targeting onshore Texas oil conventional plays with a current focus on the Fort Worth Basin, today announced that the Company has executed terms to acquire a drilling rig capable of drilling to depths of 3,000 feet.

"The outlook for 2014 has greatly improved now that we have paid off all convertible debt, filed all our most recent financial statements and executed terms on the first producing acquisition and drilling rig. We look forward to aggressively furthering our acquisition and development mandates in the new year," stated CEO Arthur Roy.

Liberty intends to expand its fleet of oilfield service equipment including this drilling rig and related equipment in order to accelerate our development programs. This fully operational rig will allow us to reduce the cost of the in fill drilling programs we have planned for the leases we are targeting. The Schramm Model T685 Truck Mounted Rig will be acquired with restricted stock and will add a good asset to our balance sheet with no increase in debt.

(OTCQB: LBYE) ("Liberty" or "the Company") an independent oil and gas company targeting onshore Texas oil conventional plays with a current focus on the Fort Worth Basin, today announced that the Company has received additional capital from its private placement agreement with Houston based, public equity fund, Petro Fund I, Inc. executed earlier this year.

Liberty has used the proceeds to settle all outstanding convertible debt with Asher Enterprises whereas the Company does not owe any additional funds and there will be no more conversions to stock. The capital was paid this week in the amount of the remaining balance of $31,118.20 after 898,204 common shares of stock were issued mid-October.
