Of course it´s true and i´m sad about it. Without the 700k shares i would try to sell smart at ask.
I just wanted to know if he plans a reverse split. I have mailed him many times.
In December it was possible to answer this question, suddenly he doesn´t answer this question anymore.
Old management planned a 1 for 20 reverse split, you see it in the inactive filing. This question was important for me because it seems old management is still involved.
I held strong since 9 months, but i don´t understand why it´s not possible to answer with "there is no split planned".
I will upload tomorrow screenshots, 1 post per day limit.
I really wanted to hold all, damn ceo! :(
