e-ore - Thanks for the private message. I don't use iHub much at all anymore - I recently have been putting together a site that will be much nicer than the All Floats board which you have done an AMAZING job keeping up with. I will let you know when the site is done and the URL. That is just one component of the site. It is a crowdsourced financial analysis site that is very unique. My only concern is that it is a little too complicated for the average trader but people like you that understand all that is involved will enjoy it. Probably about a month away from officially launching it.
And, I figure by putting this post on UITK board, nobody will ever find this post. LOL.

There was nothing new on tais.ru for a few months and then suddenly March 30 there was a press release and then another one and yet another one today! Here is the link via google translate. - Google translate but shows great first quarter for 2011. There has been some great progress in the last year and yet UITK seems to not care as they never issue press releases. I felt this was because a buyout was imminent and that still may be the case. They are clearly growing the business quite well - it is just that nobody knows about it. LOL.
Active with NV SOS, no dilution, trades extremely thin. Could easily run to over .05 very quickly.

Very interesting. They are continually getting new customers and retaining customers and their revenues are going up based on the December, 2010 news on their tais.ru site. People just don't know about UITK right now as they don't put out PR's, etc.

I totally agree with you. There definitely hasn't been any dumping going on here. Something is brewing, but man it's taking longer than expected.

We never did hear anything come about from the shareholder meeting....only time will tell. And if this stays below .01 I will be adding more.

Nope, they are definitely active though, updating domain names, etc. Made a call to their subsidiary TAIS in Russia last week and they are up and running and sounded like they are doing quite well. They would not make any comment about Ultitek and stated that Roman must be the one to talk to in regards to Ultitek.
This silent period from management all while getting Reinstated, the quiet shareholders meeting, and renewing all their domains, and no apparent dumping of shares tells me something is up. I expected something by now but I am well aware of how long business deals can drag out, especially if a buyout is happening like I suspect. I recently sold one of my companies and the deal was "supposed" to close in August of 2010 and dragged out until December 31, 2010. I really have no idea if a buyout is happening here with UITK but they are definitely taking the steps that are needed for a buyout to occur. Based on what little I could translate from the tais.ru site, looks like they have been increasing revenues significantly over the last few years. Why wouldn't UITK provide press releases about the progress? One good reason - buyout. Again, just my opinion. I am just patiently waiting and playing other stocks along the way. I do believe anything under .01 is a very good deal though here. Just hard to accumulate many shares down here. Any time I have bought at the ask, it just shoots up.

Look at the "last updated" section. It was just updated last month. This is for Ultitek.org. R. Price is the person that owns it so we know this is our Ultitek.

I was unable to access the website though. So who knows what's going on behind the scenes. Something has to be happening. I'm holding here still. I've got a low enough avg and will add when I get some funds released with some of my other plays.

UITK isn't an empty shell - you stated it yourself, TAIS is its subsidiary. TAIS has millions in revenue, that doesn't equal an empty shell. I would be looking at a buyout of Ultitek/TAIS.
