TAIS is Ultitek Ltd.'s wholly owned subsidiary.
Sent an email to TAIS asking about the Ultitek domain. If I get something I will share with you.
Hmmm... this is interesting... domain name of Ultitek does no longer exists but Ultitek as a shell does... TAIS might be interested in becoming publicly traded... ultitek.com now redirects to TAIS... could it be that the RM candidate is in fact TAIS????
ULTITEK.COM is now redirecting to the TAIS/CAIS website /www.tais.ru/.
Hmmmm...

Yeah man one day the company is going to come out with a PR that's going to rock our shoes. Just gotta be patient.
This one really is a tester of patience lol. This is one of those you just tuck away and wake up one day to huge gains.
Just patiently waiting for more developments.
How's everyone doing in here? Has anyone heard or seen anything?
That's what I'm thinking too. I'm willing to hold and wait on this one. No point in selling with the anemic volume anyways. From here we should see some huge gains. This will definitely be a fun one to watch when it starts moving.
This email is very important as it confirms that TAIS is indeed still a subsidiary of UITK. Now, bring in the REINSTATEMENT filing with the NV SOS...also very important. Next, the shareholders meeting...also very important. Important for what? Buyout in my opinion. I am currently selling one of my private companies and all of these steps are needed for the buyout. Our final step, the shareholders meeting. I have no inside info if that is what is going on here with UITK but everything is pointing that way in my opinion. The email confirming TAIS is still their subsidiary was the last bit of info I needed. TAIS has had huge growth just in the last year and yet UITK is in silent mode. Legally, they simply had to alert shareholders of the meeting and that is the only reason we knew about that. Even if a buyout isn't what is going on here, we can now do some extensive research on TAIS knowing that they are definitely still a sub of UITK. 55% growth in 2010 for TAIS is huge. Look at the trading - no dilution in about a year also. I think early 2011 will be very nice for UITK shareholders.
Email from ejs@ultitek.com regarding UITK / TAIS -
TAIS is a subsidiary of Ultitek,Ltd.

10k traded!!! First volume for the last 7 days. LOL
Possibly. MM NTFN moved their offer down to .012. Something is setting up. And I'm liking the developments.
Spread is now 0.007 x 0.012. Move to come perhaps? ;)
They have extended the text today. See below...

HUGE!!!
Now that is huge. I love the potential here.
UITK reinstated + TAIS posting the best results for 2010 = mmm... buyout?
Very nice find.
Nice find Iglatend. This is huge for UITK!
Holding all shares here. ;)
GLTY
The Happy New Year post on their site just posted today -
"For their part, we are pleased to announce that the last in 2010 was quite successful for TAIS.
The total volume of bookings through the NET TAIS Airline Solution was more than 6 million, and surpassed 2009 by 55%."
That is huge guys.
Yep, and check out this news on the TAIS site - http://translate.google.com/translate?js=n&prev=_t&hl=en&ie=UTF-8&layout=2&eotf=1&sl=auto&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.tais.ru&act=url
Some of the translation isn't exactly correct - CAIS is actually TAIS - Google translate isn't perfect.
TAIS remember is UITK 's subsidiary....I wouldn't be surprised to see Ultitek/TAIS being bought out early 2011...............
All my opinion
This company's financial quarter cycle ends on Dec 31st as stated on their website. Their fiscal year end is December 31st. They might be putting out their financials shortly. January, possibly February.
Like I've said before, this is going to take some patience...
You guys still hanging in there? Anyone have any encouraging DD to post? I haven't really done much DD on any stock lately due to the holidays...
I really believe MM NTFN is trying to entice selling so they can accumulate shares. Possibly CSTI as well. But it looks like CSTI has gotten their fill and now they sit way up at .29 now. We're probably waiting for NTFN to get theirs. And then, we shall see updates. That's my take on it.
This will take some patience.
Some impatient peeps do not know what are selling here... golden tickets IMHO...
Well they found a buyer yesterday. Picked up 30,000 more @ 0.01!! ;)
MM NTFN looks to be stirring the pot. Probably looking for sellers.
Some volume for UITK today. Let's see if we can move towards 0.02 this time! ;)
I did see that... it's after midnight there now and today was the first day.
Yes, and it is actually up to date. Looks like they have been busy the last couple months. That big convention on December 9th and 10th sounds quite interesting to me.
Thanks for that, it's setup just like the ultitek website so it's easy to follow.
The following might explain some of the buying recently. http://translate.google.com/translate?js=n&prev=_t&hl=en&ie=UTF-8&layout=2&eotf=1&sl=auto&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.tais.ru&act=url
That is a translation of UITK 's subsidiary TAIS. Go around through the site, it is all updated. It wasn't updated just a few months back when I checked it out. The English version has yet to be updated but it is quite interesting.
I am extremely happy with the action so far. This is such a low float stock and when the move really happens, watch out. I seriously would not be surprised to see over .10 very quickly.
I'm not selling nothing, all i'm saying is that this is not the move we are looking for ;) plus no news yet.
I'm here. :)
Someone hit that .018 please. :)
CSTI has been on the bid the whole time, there was some weird shifting early today but he didn't budge. Nice solid base there now.
Bid .01 x Ask .018, i'm not impressed yet.
I am here also. Very interesting action the last couple days. This has been accumulated big time. That might explain why no PR has been issued yet...the people wanting shares haven't gotten what they want just yet.
It's me and you haha. Nice job getting another response, thanks!
Volume pouring in... where are you people? :))))
018 up UITK now 2x01 bid
Another answer from Ultitek...
Despite it's brief, don't you think it's hinting something...?

Yes there must be more. Reinstatement, shareholders meeting....more to come I'm sure.
What I'm thinking too... otherwise that would have been a helluva boring shareholders meeting.
Pretty hush hush response. Something is going on that they want/need to keep quiet about...something very big is coming IMO.
Yep can't say the same for many of the other plays I am in... nice work with the follow up, thanks!
