Executive Management Mark S. Western - Chairman, President & CEO Mr. Western was born and educated in England, and spent the first twelve years of his professional career as an engineer, in oil and gas exploration and production. He participated in numerous onshore and offshore, well service, testing and production operations, in the North Sea, Middle East, Far East and North Africa, including DST (drill stem testing), Sand Fracture and Acid Stimulation programs. He also spent two years commissioning a production platform for Amoco in the Rijn Oil Field, Dutch Southern North Sea Sector. This involved the implementation and supervision of complex gas and water injection systems, formation stimulation and flow-assurance programs. In the early 90's, Mr. Western founded Completion and Production Services, Ltd., to lead exploration projects for Maersk Oil and Gas, with Schlumberger in Esbjerg, Denmark. He has performed testing, maintenance, and flow-assurance programs on some of the largest oil and gas fields in the world. In 1995 due to an uncertain economic outlook within the industry Mr. Western relocated to the United States and pursued an alternative career path in the energy sector. During 1997, Mr. Western became President of a Las Vegas based LED lighting firm, and successfully negotiated a $39 million, five year contract with Illinova Energy Partners, a subsidiary of the $5.7 billion utility giant, Illinova. During February of 1998, Mr. Western formed an LED spin-off venture named UNERGI, Inc., and by August 1999, had negotiated a merger with public company, New Millennium Media International, and retired from the firm. Mr. Western returned to the Oil and Gas industry in 2002, and formed TEKOIL to develop and utilize revolutionary oil and gas recovery enhancement technologies, while building a competitive, highly visible, global energy production company. Richard Creitzman - Director Mr. Richard Creitzman has spent the past twelve years working in Russia and parts of the Former Soviet Union. He has held senior executive positions in trade finance, commodity finance and oil and gas exploration for one of Russia’s largest and fastest growing oil companies, Sibneft. As Head of Corporate Finance, Mr. Creitzman was responsible for complex finance negotiations, insurance, international press and corporate relations. During his tenure, Sibneft successfully raised $900 million via two successful Eurobonds, and over $1.5 billion in trade finance, taking his total placements while in Russia to more than $2 Billion in secured financing, and over $1 billion in unsecured financing. He also placed shares into the market via international placement and increased shareholder value for Sibneft by more than 250%. In July 2003, Mr. Creitzman also became a Director of Chelsea Limited in London, a company that owns Chelsea Village and Chelsea Football Club, for which he was also appointed a Directorship. He was involved in the negotiation and running of the football club until August of 2004, following the takeover by new management.
