They will come out of bankruptcy around August 10-15.2010. They filed Case 08-80270 Document 571 Filed In TXSB on 03.24.2010. Titel: Findings of fact, conclusions of Law and order confirming third amended joint plan of reorganisation.

Anybody outthere with an opinion, what this could do to the valuation of the stock?
