Partnership Agreement MobiVentures Inc. (the “Company”) entered into a partnership agreement with Froggie S.L. (“Froggie”) and Move2Mobile Limited (“M2M”) on October 31, 2007. The partnership agreement contemplates the creation of a business to be operated in partnership between us and Froggie pursuant to which the net income derived from the business will be split equally between us and Froggie on a 50/50 basis. In addition, Froggie has agreed to provide “bridge financing” to us to an agreed maximum of 120,000 Euros.

Letter of Intent

The execution of the partnership agreement follows the execution of a letter of intent with Froggie, Norris Marketing S.L. (“Norris”) and Tom Horsey dated July 17, 2007 and a further letter of intent between us and M2M, Nigel Nicholas and Danny Wootton dated August 13, 2007.

Froggie is a provider of mobile telephony marketing systems with operations in Argentina and Spain. Norris is a company incorporated in the BVI which provides premium SMS and bulk SMS solutions into Spain. Tom Horsey is the principal shareholder of Froggie and Norris. The letter of intent contemplates the Company’s acquisition of up to 100% of the shares of Froggie and Norris from Tom Horsey . To date, no definitive agreement has been executed for the acquisition contemplated in the letter of intent. The parties have entered into the partnership agreement pending the continuation of negotiations on a definitive acquisition agreement. There is no assurance that any definitive agreement for the acquisition by us of an interest in Froggie or Norris will be executed.

M2M is a UK-based consulting business that specializes in assisting businesses and entrepreneurs to develop wireless applications for their existing or proposed business applications. Nigel Nicholas and Danny Wootton are the principal shareholders of M2M. The letter of intent contemplates our potential acquisition of up to 100% of the shares of M2M from Nigel Nicholas, Danny Wootton and the other shareholders of M2M. To date, no definitive agreement has been executed for the acquisition contemplated in the letter of intent. The parties have entered into the partnership agreement pending the continuation of negotiations on a definitive acquisition agreement. There is no assurance that any definitive agreement for the acquisition by us of an interest in M2M will be executed.

Planned Business

Under the partnership agreement, we, Froggie and M2M have agreed to actively work together to grow our current mobile phone applications business that provides content, applications and services to customers via their mobile phones.

The objective of the parties is to generate revenues using content and services through the live channels that each party has generated. We, Froggie and M2M have agreed on a management team that will be devoted to the launching of the business.

WNSH - when the OS & Float are pr'd this will...


EXPLODE, right now it is said that the float is 400 mil but i think it is more. The OS is said to be 1.6 bil (that is what pinksheets have posted) even if the OS is 4-5 billion this is a RUNNER! Since i bought july 5th there has been about 3 billion in volume!! fridays close was .0006.

This is a Reverse Merger and Appletree the company that is taking WNSH over is a 125mil a year company. Appletree is going to change the company structure. Watch closly

I think I have sevela shipps coming in mick have a bunch of old qprc shares, imjx is coming in people just don't know it od believe it yet , sgls charting up maybe the .15 bag holders will get there money this year or more.

cgpa is charting up I never got back in was going to I held it for years at a time never lost money on it.

imjx ya I'm a bag holder but I get to see the shorts get beat up soon , love to see it 4-500 million short on that one, I think they played it short the other day its been on the list fo a long time over at buyins, not that I trust buyins , but I did have mebership there.

sgls has about 54 million shares short, if that one get a million a day volume or more the mms on the upper end will fall like a rock I'm pretty sure , sgls was bad mouthed for ever but is picking up it maybe a most popular one again, I think the shorts start falling maybe next week on tha one if it can get 1 million or more vol a day.

sgls was left to to the sharks for a while but there on a pretty fast track recovery , with the new bussiness, imjx , divi will help out imjx big time but the stock holders of imjx on this message board probably were abit why not me sendrome, but I think there are about 14 thousand slgls share holders and about 10 thousand of them are going to see this divi of imjx in there account and say um what s this and there going to look up imjx and see the website and it seem that be a great time for imjx tell the story of a turn around in cash flow ppossitive cash flow, it should help out sgls really good to there getting more customers all the time helping them come public, last one they got 7.5 % of the stock , don't take long to build cash flow up.

I see a good net for both stock this year

imjx is going to be the turn around play of the year for a 0001 -0002 stock.

will see how it goes , I figure if it works out like I think 001 will be surpassed quickly on the first leg.

sgls someone said they got in .15 that's some time ago I had profited twice on sgls in 2005 they beat the pants off the shorts I think they have a plan to do it again and the .15 bag holders will get there money and few maybe decide to average up the chart looks reall good on sgls.

I don't know if a buy back is for imjx but it would be good if they told the share holder no RS pwoplw are always scared to death of RS , there not going to do it , and I don't think they need to increase the A/S like people think, I think they have sustaining revenues, if they don't make any big boo boo's they got a huge run on pps coming, they get thes big ticket items out the door like hot cakes is the name of the game , they seem to be the people that can do it , there not bragger much there everday smart people, reminds me of the people at infocus systems a few years back they started selling like hot cakes and now there products worls wide, they started with one LCD presentation maching packed up in a brief case it projected on screen high quality images on to the wall or any thing.

QPRC has held up well , I took some profit on the run up more because the bashing ar RB told me now one can profit but I did make over 100% on the ones I bought on the way up, still holding all my expensive ones. 4 weeks to the news almost so I hope to pick the shares back up some time in the next few weeks , I used up some of the do to grab some other stuff so now its tied up , I was planning on using it to buy back more QPRC.

That's one of my problems I tend to stay invested and don't save a big wad to buy all the goodies .

I entered qprc and a couple other stocks in the weekly contest for this coming week, its my first contest entry at the Hub, Besides one wild guess on the Wag

I entered qprc in the weekly contest incase she hits some buyers this week, tis nature has alway been fast moving and like a low floater, but its not there are thousand of stock holder that are not selling , I do know that so I'm not on it alone for sure. They be the ubss, sbsh and etraders, like me.
